Really fast shipping, awesome retro flip phone necklace and fabulous customer service when I had a query. Would definitely order again and already eyeing up a ring

I had an issue with a ring I bought. I spoke with Kayla via customer services email. She was great, resolved my issue quickly and had a really positive and helpful attitude. I love the company and this makes me want to purchase more! I guess their cunning plan of excellent customer care worked!

I recently purchased a locket for my partner and when it arrived, the clasp was slightly faulty meaning the locket wouldn’t hold together very well. Not ideal but these things happen so not concerned.

I reached out to the team via email and shortly after received a response from Kayla on the Customer Care team. I was told that I could return the item for a full refund and then re-purchase the item for the sale price of the original order as it had risen since purchase. A pre-paid label was attached as well so return came an no additional cost.
Once returned, I received my refund and as promised, a new invoice was created for the original purchase price.

Really pleased with how lovely and helpful Kayla was and how quickly things were dealt with.

This has not made me think less of the company or products in any way and will continue to be a customer going forward.

Lovely people from customer services. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the rings as I never received them.
I'm writing this for other continental people wishing to order from the UK: just don't!
Since Brexit, it's been too complicated. You either get extra taxes or you can't send back the items that don't fit you or, if there's a problem with the delivery, you can't do anything because it's too complicated between the UK and European delivery services.
I hesitated a long time before ordering because of previous issues when ordering from the UK but I couldn't resist because the rings look dead gorgeous.
The people from customer service were nice but kept telling me they couldn't do anything and that I should contact the French post office. I did, on loads of occasions (about 5 phonecalls and several emails) and couldn't get any answer. They say it's been delivered against a signature but are unable to show me the proof. I wasn't home when the parcel supposedly arrived. If it was left somewhere, it must have been found by somebody else. Hope they're happy with my rings 😭
This was meant to be a gift to myself for my 500 days of being sober.
Maybe I'll find a stockist next time I'm in the UK...

I’ve been a customer for a number of years now. The jewellery is standing the test of time. It’s good quality, well made with plenty of pizazz. I love a good statement piece and there are so many choose from. I love Sinead’s vibe. It speaks to my heart.

I've ordered 3 times on JulyChild since 2024 and it's been perfect each time!!! i got earrings, a necklace and a pendant from 3 differents collections, they all match each other and fit into my everyday outfits! i've worn them a lot and they do not tarnish! communication was fast and the jewellery never dissapoint! 10/10 recommend and will order again for many years!!

My favourite jewelry brand for almost a year. I love the designs, most of all the rings with shapes like clouds, stars and hearts. I also like their collection of charms called nostalgia. Every item from July Child is so pretty and fun to wear.

High quality jewellery with personality - i swear there really is something for everyone! I bought pieces for myself that were perhaps more out there, as well as more understated (but equally gorgeous) ones as gifts. Also they often have discounts / sales available so that you can treat yourself without breaking the bank each time.

The first time I received a box from July Child I had never been so excited to open a package before. The pink crinkle paper with the pink shell shaped ring box, I died and went to heaven. The jewelry is out of this world adorable, and after my first purchase I have bought a ton of jewelry since. You have to shop here, you won't regret it.

July child has been my one and only for jewellery for a few years. I get so many compliments on my rings and necklaces all the time <3 I’ve always had a great experience with customer service, too, when caught in customs issues. I couldn’t recommend the brand more!! I hope to be able to buy it easily outside the UK someday :’)

This Jewellery brand is THE BEST! the pieces I have purchased are packaged with care - they’re bespoke, engraved with branding. They feel exclusive! None of my pieces have stained tarnished or discoloured in any way. They also interact with customers on live streams - which make you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Their customer service via DMs is quick efficient and super friendly. Not to mention the shipping is QUICK! Like crazy quick to get your beautiful jewellery to you! 10/10 x
