Ma commande n’a pas été respecté, tout était clair dans la description de votre marchandise, raison pour laquelle j’ai passé commande et je reçois tout autre chose que je ne peux même pas remplacer ou retourner étant sur place dans vos locaux 💔.

I ordered a meat mincer. Heavy duty -expensive-

Of course.
Mincer came no breaker blades. Jumia works with housewifes sitting on there couches and have no idea what they are talking about.
A company of criminals

This horrible crook company avoid them by all means.. They will promise you a refund but you won't get any. Those their dumb agent don't know their job. I think someone is diverting the refund money into their personal account.'

Never buy anything from jumia.they canceled my order and till now I did not receive my refund.never deal with them.very bad refund experince

They are a bunch of unprofessionals
My item was due since Friday.
They’ve not delivered or tried to reach me. But I keep getting mails that the rider couldn’t get me on phone. The riders line hasn’t been reachable till
Today. I just called and he finally picked and was talking gibberish.
I’ve tried to reach out to their customer service since yesterday and they’ll pick and nothing has been resolved.
Jumia is scam please avoid them.
You’ll pay for something and they won’t deliver.

Horrible experience, I bought a screen, no one called me to deliver it, it was cash on delivery, I made a complaint, they told me it will be delivered next day, I waited for it next day, no one called me or delivered it again. Then I received an email telling me that the order got cancelled now I have to order it again with a price difference 1k+. Of course this was on purpose to make me pay the new price. When I contacted customer service they were rude and they dont even have a number, its all through chat. Will never deal with them again.

They delivered the wrong item and don’t want to simply change it for the right one. They want me to do 150 km to return the wrong item, than they refund, than you can order again and do this distance again, they are unwilling to pay back the money we paid to much fot the cheapernitem they deliverd, so, good afvice, dont trust this company!

Just wasting of your time using that website. For 8 things I've ordered (my first experience, ordered more staff to home), I needed to send back 5 of them. They don't care about protecting shipping, items received demaged. Some of items are just different then described. No help from jumia. I will never ever use that website again!

3 achats sur Jumia Sénégal :
- un ventilateur solaire qui a dû marcher 2 heures maximum ;
- une commande que je ne suis pas allé chercher car elle devait être livrée à Somone et a été livrée à Mbour ;
- une commande de 12 lits de camp que je viens d'essayer de faire par téléphone mais lorsque l'on m'a fait savoir que le "panier" maximum était de 6, que je devais faire 2 commandes de 6 et payer 2 fois le transport, j'ai laissé tomber.
Bref, pour le moment, une absence de qualité et un service client monstrueusement incompétent.

Une nouvelle fois je suis extrêmement déçu de mon expérience Client chez Jumia et comme à chaque fois je me dis qu'il faut que j'arrête définitivement tout achat sur ce site. J'espérais qu'un an après ma dernière expérience (désastreuse déjà, comme trop d'autres avant) que cela aurait évolué positivement, et bien non !!
Achat de 4 articles dans une même commande :
1 article a été annulé par Jumia (mais le commentaire est qu'ils ont dû renvoyer l'article car je n'ai jamais répondu à leurs appels pour venir récupérer l'article, ce qui est faut étant donné que l'article n'est jamais passé par le statut "livré" et que nous avons jusqu'à 5 jours pour récupérer un article et là ce message date du lendemain du statut "expédié", et non "livré" qu'il n'a jamais eu.
Sur les 3 articles restant à livrer, 2 étaient incomplets. J'ai dû les refuser.
Le pire dans tout ça c'est l'incompétence du service Client. Il ne sert à rien. Ne fournit aucune information dans les 48h comme il vous l'indique, c'est à vous de chercher les causes du problème. Il ne sait que dire "Désolé" et "vous allez devoir repasser commande" : tout vrai site marchand digne de ce nom dans un pareil cas renvoie les articles non livrés ou défectueux sans surcoût pour le Client. Là vous devez repasser commande (entre temps les articles ont pris +51% chacun et vous devez repayer des frais de livraison).
Stop j'arrête Jumia : en final vous gagnez pas de temps (vous en perdez) car vous vous déplacez pour récupérer 25% de votre commande, vous vous énervez et allez devoir acheter vos articles autrement (= autant le faire tout de suite).
Vivement qu'un concurrent vienne mettre à plat Jumia.

Nul mais vraiment ils ne respectent pas la date de livraison pas professionnel du tout.

J'ai commendé sur ce site pendant 1 an. Du jour au lendemain tout c'est arrêté. Mes commandes et retours annulé sans zéro explication. Je ne recommande pas ce manque de professionnalisme et de respect. Pour moi. C'est terminé.

J'ai commandé le smartphone POCO M7 PRO 5G sur Jumia en 12go/512go.
Jumia m a livré le poco mais en version 12go/256Go.
Le produit reçu n'est pas conforme à la livraison.
Ayant besoin du téléphone, je leur ai demandé un bon d'achat correspondant à l'écart de prix.
Et la j'ai découvert un service client qui ne respecte pas ses clients.
On me raccroche au nez, on ne m'écoute pas : j 'ai eu beau leur expliquer que je mets un patch glycémique sur le téléphone pour suivre mon diabète, ils en ont rien à faire.
Aucun respect du client, aucun service client fiable.
Pire, je voie que le même téléphone continue a être vendu en 12go/512Go.
Je les appelle pour leur signaler, et ils me disent que le fournisseur livre maintenant les 12go/512Go.
Ce sont des menteurs car le Poco 12/512Go existe uniquement en noir alors qu'ils le vendent en vert.
Cela montre qu'ils sont complices de l'arnaque du vendeur.
D ailleurs ils ont fait disparaitre mes commentaires.
Et quand je leur ai signalé l arnaque ils ont coupé la communication téléphonique.
Bref des menteurs, des arnaqueurs et des escrocs.
Je suis surpris d ailleurs par le nombre d'avis négatifs sur tous les sites.
Je vous déconseille d'acheter sur ce site de ecommerce qui ne tient pas ses engagements et qui livre dans le meilleur des cas des produits non conformes à la description.

A tv bought with Jumia never worked. The return took weeks only to receive a replacement that broke down. Other electronics have stopped working after 2 months with Jumia refusing to replace the product despite the one year guarantee

Totally misleading and false product information. I unfortunately ordered an exrmtra capacity 8 litre aurfryer from Jumia. It turns out that the exact capacity was no more than 2.9 litres.
Initially they even refused me to return it.
As "it says 8 litres on the box"
Unbe-f.....g-livable! It took over a month for them to finally return my monev after producing a video at their pick up point showing that only 2.9 liters fits into the airfryer basket.
Guess what. Over 1 month later they still have the audasity to still have no less than 16 diffent adds on their site still selling the same airfryer as extra capacity 8 litres.
Total scam company. I can't wait for Amazon finally starting to expand from SA to other African countries. Jumia will be out of business within a year

I recently shopped on this popular online shopping platform, and I have to say, it's been quite a good experience! They have a great range of products, from electronics to fashion and home goods - everything. you can pretty much find anything you need. I was really impressed by the selection available!

The only thing I've noticed is that delivery times can vary. Sometimes it’s super quick, while other times it takes a bit longer than I expected. Still, worth the wait 😀

Jumia Egypt is one of the worst companies ever. I ordered Dercos Shampoo from them. The order delivered unsealed and when I opened the package I found out that they put Pantene shampoo in the package of Dercos. This is not a mistake. It’s a theft and a deception. Don’t trust their sellers and don’t ever rely on the customer service to handle any issues with your order. They are USELESS

I sent in my devices for repairs and they followed up with news at the start, but then the date just never came around for me to receive my devices and when I received it, it still gave me problems.

I returned a faulty phone to Jumia on January 2nd, 2025, but for over 5 weeks, they’ve held both my money and the device without resolution. Their customer service is dismissive, claiming it doesn't meet return criteria, yet they refuse to refund or return my phone. This is unfair and exploitative!
