Awesome product. Quick delivery. Easy assembly. Super happy with the product

Each time I've contacted Jumpflex for assistance for replacement parts under warranty they have been extremely helpful, quick to respond and resolved my query effectively. I'm extremely happy with the service we have received and the trampoline that we purchased 3 years ago now.

We have been really happy with the trampoline. A few parts have been well worn but covered under warranty. Customer service was very helpful.

We were expecting 6 x legs for trampoline but only received 4.

This is replacement parts after the original detiorated.

I also advised in my email the following has also detiorated:
-net
- padding over springs
- poles
- material connecting poles
I was informed of how to order these items or if covered under the warranty.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Whenever I've needed a new part jumpflex have been so quick to reply to my emails and send out the parts.

Great products with excellent support. Highly recommend. Nothing is a problem with this company. The kids love the trampoline and with a 250kg rating out shine's the others.

Jumpflex amazing customer service and very happy with the trampoline. I was a bit reluctant to give jumpflex a go with my eye on another well known brand. It was husbands idea and I’m very pleased we did go with jumpflex, no regrets and can’t recommend enough.

Great quality, takes a bit of time to put together but easy to do. Ordering was a good experience and delivery was quick and responsive. Brilliant.

The trampoline is amazing the quality is great as well. Just one tip the safety net requires 2 people to put on.

My son loves it. Once he's on it, good luck getting him off it.

Peace if mind knowing these guys have passed the Aus safety assessment for kids trampolines.
Australian made, reasonably priced and everything arrived quickly and intact.
It’s a Christmas present for my two little ones but I’m not sure if I can keep it secret until then 😂
Will update review once assembled and being jumped in

Fairly easy to assemble.
Some corrosion already on frame in one joint location from new if I’m to be picky.
Customer service is high speed and quick to rectify.
Delivery time super quick and I’m great southern WA

Everything is great, my son loves it. Great size as well. Was fun to set up at night in the dark….haha
Quality is good too! Only issue was some paint missing on the legs but that’s about it, nothing too concerning.

Excellent customer service and sent out spare parts quickly.
