I don’t know where I stand here, I brought 2 tickets for a jump session and 2 pairs of sock online, then realised this place was no where near us and we wouldn’t be able to make it to the jump arena, we Contacted them with plenty of time for them to sort this for me but no one answered the phone or replied to my email.
I got in touch with Someone today on the phone and was told there’s nothing they can do they don’t offer refunds.
Yes I get I booked it at the wrong venue, but surely considering I contacted them with plenty of time prior to our booking, I would of been thought they might of refunded my money.but just goes to show they are all about taking your money and have no care in the world about anyone but them selves!!
