Frequent buyer at Jungle Boys Miami Beach,however this is the second time(07/04/24) the Lady(middle aged,short,dark hair in ponytail) who works there is rude and arrogant she made a mistake on My purchase and was offering something different. I refused it because i dont want that flower she doubled on scanning.then a manager come by and he fixed a problem in a matter of 30seconds.she kept this arrogant style and made a comment: i should go somewhere else to buy !i should go when i bring my $$$$ here and that how is part of her salary is????for real???
I heard what she said but just in case i asked her what did she say and her answer was she forgot it already!!
Very bad unprofessional behavior specially in a store where everybody should be cool!!!!!

It was quite a great first experience
It was quite a great first experience. Needed jungle boys seeds and the zack pie strain. The support service was just okay but getting my package on time and quality was the fulfillment. Don’t wanna use the f** word but it’s scary getting puff online these days. I have to say you can choose your delivery agency, which was partly the reason for my timely delivery
