I’ve had a pleasant journey with Yelo for my restaurant ordering and delivery. It’s been 4 months and so far my journey has been smooth. The service has also been satisfactory upto now with fairly low issues.

Por favor no tires tu dinero con esta empresa, al inicio te endulzan el oido y están bien al pendiente de tus requerimientos, pero una vez que pagas se olvidan de ti, en mi caso me entregaron mis APPs 6 meses de haber hecho el pago, la persona que invirtió junto conmigo me pidió su reembolso y mi proyecto se vino abajo antes de comenzar. En cuanto al soporte sólo se echan la pelotita entre ellos, nunca te asignan un gerente de cuenta, si tienes alguna duda solo te ignoran, en fin, esta compañía es scam, NO TE DEJES ENGAÑAR POR ELLOS O POR SUS VENDEDORES AL REDEDOR DEL MUNDO.

I’ve been trying to do my app with this company. I’ve paid the initial payment and it’s been over a year and three months and we still haven’t completed it. They keep switching managers switching supervisors switching people back-and-forth every time I go to contact them no answer and then they contact me back three weeks later this company is very unreliable unprofessional please avoid doing business with them There are more companies out there that give you better customer service and results

Demeaning Behavior. Worst Experience Ever.
I started working with JW more than a year ago (June 2020) on a multivendor grocery marketplace. RTL (Arabic), banner ads not reflected in apps, and geofencing were my main concerns and they promised to fulfill all my requirements (emails and messages to prove it). They promised to deliver final working product in 8-12 days. Now its October 2021 and we still have received our platform solution. Continuous lies and misleading information, runarounds. They keep you in the loop until your subscription expires than they claim to have not committed any wrong doing. It's shameful, disrespectful, unethical and illegal. I wonder if CEO and top management turn a blind eye though they know what's going on. No person of decency thus far has attempted to fix the situation.

Horrible experience with these guys . Abhinav the sales guy was back of me till I paid money and then they don't care . I have to follow up and they respond. Hope the management sees this and takes customers seriously .

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. In last year and as well as this year our downtime was Zero which is great for any e-commerce business. There are few changes in UI I would like to see to help improve customer experience. All and all a great company for a start-up.

Our startup has been working with Jungleworks for a variety of services - website development, social media management, and Tookan delivery platform.
Communication tools + website software are very user friendly and fairly customizable.
Website development went well but social media content ideas can be a bit more creative.
We didn't have enough support customizing the product and achieving outputs on time.
Interactions with the team are good and we believe they're doing the best they can with the resources on hand. Thank you Abhishek for your support.

Solid SaaS product, great partnership.
I am working with Jungleworks for years now. Started with Tookan for managing last-mile deliveries and currently I use multiple products.
Over the time there were low points, changes and challenges. As my business matured and it required more and more from SaaS it was great to see that Jungleworks was able to overcome difficulties and mature as well in delivering improvements, new features and developing new products to augment existing ones.
At the moment I enjoy the most two things that allow my business to focus on customers and not to worry about tech.
One: personal relationships with Jungleworks staff from POCs to CEO, where I meet great people who are willing to listen and help.
Two: stable back-end, well responsive and constantly improving front-end, 100% uptime and super fast resolution of rare tech related issues.
I am enjoying working with Jungleworks and believe that company's vision to empower SMBs is what makes it quite great partner.

My experience with a Jungleworks representative
My rating is based off of a few interactions with representatives such as Pooja, Pooja has been highly responsive , has taken the lead in fixing problems that we’ve come across on the platform, however not every representative I’ve made contact with has t he level of professionalism that Pooja has had. She’s just phenomenal to work with.

Our experience with Jungleworks has been very positive up until now....Jungleworks are the market leaders in this space for over 5 years.....Powering not just small startups, but large scale enterprise grade installations, and they were the obvious choice for us.
Their tech stack is very well designed and updates occur very frequently, with new features being added in almost every release. Lots of integration/automation/analytics options via their api.
The support system has improved tremendously over 2021, with clear paths to problem resolution, and feedback.
Special mention to Jatin Arora as well as Harshdeep Mokha and Kanika Sharma for always going the extra mile to make our requests a reality, in ensuring our success.
Other senior tech team members are always available via their communities to answer questions as well, and give input and suggestions

Good Discussion with the Yelo Management Team after stressful experience
We had a good productive session on Sep 2nd led by Sehajbir Singh, attended also by our Account Management Team Sheffi Garg and Sarit Krishna.
I'm glad that Sehaibir listened carefully all our concerns & suggestions and promised to look for a solution that would start creating value for our business, helping us to grow. Our DYME customer App was back live yesterday, although I gave up already and even didn't ask for it.
Although it took almost a month for the Yelo Team to take some action, I'm glad to see that it was taken seriously, Sehaibir & Team listened my feedback and they are looking for a solution.
FYI- my previous 2 star Review was posted earlier on Aug 10, 2021. I just want to recognise a good efforts by the Team, it's a great step forward.
