Shipped in two days the week before Christmas! I ordered several items on a Thursday, and my package arrived the following Monday morning. I was amazed at the speed of service, especially the week before Christmas. Thank you for saving my little girl’s Christmas! We will most definitely be shopping again. Love the prices and love the amazing range of quality products for the whole family.

I bought some stuff, my local post service made a mistake & junior edition want me to pay for them to send it again, that I can understand. Maybe. But what I don’t understand is that they send me my money back(minus the delivering money) BUT they took 15usd for ‘the service’ what service?
They are fast on email. But I think that is bad service & for that reason I will not shop by junior edition again.
I didn’t get my close & I did lose 16usd for delivery plus 15usd for nothing??

Lovely online store with great customer service. They have an amazing curation of brands. Their website is one of my favourites for kids clothing, and I am super happy they do older kids sizes (although the baby stuff is to die for).

Discount code accepted to avoid delivery cost with order confirmation stating my shipping address, only to wait 3 weeks to be told that the discount only applied to orders collected from a Brighton store- I was only advised after I chased where my order was that it was waiting for me to collect at the store…
(I live in the north of England so obviously would not be Collecting from Brighton)
‘Shop’ app & email order confirmation stated shipping address as my address not Brighton.
Shop app notification stated ‘order placed’ no information that the order was waiting for me to collect it from the Brighton store!? How was I supposed to know…
Poor communication.
Zero acceptance that this was an error on their site for their own discount code Zero explanation of why the code was accepted for an order that required shipping, instead passed blame to me for using the code- very poor form
Zero good will in this case to up hold discount
Order therefore cancelled
I won’t be ordering again from this site.

Absolute horrible customer’s service! It doesn’t matter how you contact them, they will tell you that “they’ll look into it” and then never get back to you.

I have purchased a few times on this website and never had a problem before.
But on this occasion the customer service has really let them down.
I'm an international customer and I was aware I would have to pay local VAT on the purchase. Unfortunately on the declaration form Junior Ed. recorded the wrong value (double the purchase price) and consequently I paid a lot more tax then I should have.
I contacted them to ask for an explanation (several times) and they never got back to me. Disappointed, really disappointed.

Worst experience ever with this company.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them.
I paid with paypal an item for a price of almost 800 pounds. The item was listed as "in stock". Then, AFTER PAID, I have been informed via email, that the item was not available and offered a sloppy alternative(?) what? I want what I paid for!This is how they clear their warehouse maybe.Then I asked the refund which has not arrived yet after 11 days because this company issued an e-check on paypal. I think this is highly unprofessional hold my money for so long, not sure to get the refund, without even considering that they SALE SOMETHING online they DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK.
Hopefully I was in the position to re-buy the item I needed from another shop. But I think of all the people who save for so long 800 pounds to buy something and then are stuck for a month before getting their item, with their money hold hostage of this unprofessional establishment.
I suggest Huggle.com in London. much more reliable, kind and serious provider.
It caused me a lot of stress and I guess no one pregnant should experience that.

I am an international customer, who had to pay a large customs fee to obtain her package. The store hides behind the fact that it cannot calculate this in advance. Moreover the store could have informed me that splitting the order would have saved me the customs fee. Customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Very nice selection of children's brands with lots of hard to find US brands. Easy to navigate website with fast shipping.

I ordered a black sweatshirt and it arrived with a fairly sizable white mark on the front. I sent an email to Junior Edition and it took them over a week to get back to me. He questioned me and said it was strange and did nothing to fix the issue. Over the next month and a half Joe still did not fix the issue. After more emailing and a month later...He admitted to it being a dye flaw!
Offered a 7.95 discount, which is pathetic. I agreed only because I just had surgery and don’t want to deal w the post office. It has been yet another week and NO refund! I opened a case with PayPal because Joe has done nothing as to date to fix the issue. I absolutely would NOT recommend purchasing anything at this store. You are lucky if they get back to you and if they do it’s 7 to 11 days and then still not made right after a month and a half!
Coming up on two months now. It’s the principal at this point.
The absolute worst customer service! Save yourself some trouble and shop somewhere else!

I’ve shopped at Junior Edition since it opened and I love it. It’s always a joy to visit the shop - my partner ends up grabbing a coffee in the local coffee shop and reads a book as I’ve never been able to just ‘pop in’! The last time I visited, my baby was hungry and Georgia kindly let me breastfeed in the back room while chatting and made me feel welcome and at ease. My online experiences have always been excellent. Such beautiful collections and edits. Knowledgeable and passionate staff who are always on hand to help with sizing queries. Thoughtful and helpful customer services who go above and beyond to help if there are any issues. Georgia, Nathan and the whole team work so hard and always respond swiftly to any issues. My ‘go to’ for all things gorgeous.

Love all the collections every single season..
great customer service yes they do get busy and sometiems it takes time but when reached out always try to sort any issues. Always beautiful deliveries and help with sizing when needed.
Keep up the good work and thank you for beautiful clothes for my daughter.

Went in this shop today with 2 small children I was appalled at the disgusting customer service 😡
The woman that appeared to be in charge spent her time creeping up to a customer and didn’t even look at me or speak to my child .
Avoid at all costs really horrible experience

I made an order 14 days ago and have still not received any confirmation of Dispatch. I received an email after buying that due to sale delivery time would be longer but this is ridiculous and has went past there stated time. Customer service is also terrible when I asked for a refund of my postage cost they outright refused. If they have a sale period and know they will be busy they should hire extra staff instead of taking it out on there customers. Do not buy from here not to be trusted

Very slow order management. Slow customer service. Otherwise, excellent baby shop with great products.
