The Team at juniper are always willing


The Team at juniper are always willing to help and if they cannot they will follow up with contacting another team to support you.
We are very luck to work with Juniper Education and in particular Jennifer our Adviser who gives us lots of advice and support she goes above and beyond to assist. Thank you Juniper Education.

Gave the wrong advice more than once

Juniper HR gave us the following advice:
1. You can proceed to an ill health dismissal if the employee has returned to work

2. You can proceed to ill-health dismissal if the employee has not received a written warning.

Both are incorrect and led us incorrectly down the wrong path. Juniper HR are refusing to accept that giving inaccurate advice is a breach of contract and are refusing to let us out of the third year of a 3 year contract. I have wasted time and money rectifying the situation they led us into and have had damage done to our Trust's reputation.
