Very expensive. I got 1/3 rd of quote from Airtasker and got very good results. Please consider all options and don't overpay.

Absolutely fantastic service from Richard as first contact, updates on arrival time spot on. The team of two were very welcoming and there was no fuss in removal of items. I would definitely recommend this service and will definitely be using again.

Josh, Tim and Zelko arrived in a timely manner - cleared my junk in no time at all (and there was a lot of it). The boys were friendly, good humoured and worked efficiently. Would certainly recommend Junk.com.au.

Hi, these people are very well behaved and convincing before securing the job. Once you give them the job that's when they exploit the whole situation. They don't give a fixed quotation for the job. Their per cubic meter rate is cheaper then others ($99 cubic meter).That is the catch!!! My total job was quoted for a fixed 20 cubic meter at a much higher rate by some other company. By considering there cheaper rate, I gave the job to junk.com even though they did not give me a fixed quote. I thought it would be close to 20 cubic meter any way. which would cost me around $2,000. But to my disbelieve they charged me for 45 cubic meter on the first day. they asked me to pay $4.050 by 5pm. Job was not complete. they wanted to go back to complete the job for a unquoted price again. Upon insisting they said maybe another 25 cubic meter or more. That means another 2,500 or more. that means a total cost of $6,500 for a job that I could get done for a total of $2,000 by someone else. This is nothing but complete cheating and total rip-off. They threatened to dump all the rubbish in front of my property if I didn't pay by 5pm. They would also send me a separate bill for their truck and labors. they also threatened about involving VCAT. In total they were very rude and there service was VERY VERY BAD. I got rest of the job completed by someone else for $700. I am completely dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.

We had three members of the Junk Crew visit us and they were kind, funny, friendly and did not make us feel judged at all. They were effective and efficient with all their work, no ask was too much trouble. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be keeping for future reference. Thank you again!

Always efficient, timely notifications upon arrival and when they’re on their way. The boys have, both times, been very good, quick and very nice. Definitely recommend the service.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
I heard this big Kid manager Todd makes his staff work in absolutely disgusting conditions without any compensation and only cheap safety gear cause he can’t afford to protect his own staff ( at least he doesn’t have to do it ) please don’t share this company to anyone they are nasty and treat their own staff like sh!t.
I feel terrible for the actual workers at this ( company ) STAY AWAY!!!!

Hi there from the word go I was told when describing my load it would probably cost $300 absolute max
I asked if they needed a pic but they said don’t worry
I specifically asked for a morning slot as I had to work in the afternoon
On the day I received a text saying the window was now 11-2pm
So I had to cancel my shift at work as the new buyers were doing their final inspection in the afternoon
There was a double bed a wheelbarrow some old dog blankets a recliner chair 1 small chair and a small box of plastic rubbish -the guys took 15 mins to load the rubbish as there wasn’t very much
I was charged $550 for 15 mins and a small pile of rubbish
I am completely left feeling ripped off and cheated swindled and hoodwinked as a single female I was lead to believe that it would be around half the cost that it was -very dishonest and disappointing

They removed 26 years worth of my late husbands hoarded bulltish over 2 days, filled 3 trucks and a tray truck to take old rusted out trailers & a busted up caravan. All the stuff I couldn’t put out on hard rubbish collection is now gone. 4 of the loveliest blokes you could hope to meet. Would have them back in a heart beat but I will never have a junk pile again as long as I keep breathing. Thanks Blokes from JUNK.

Check your pricing before you book. This company, while the work they do is great and helping those in need, is frightfully expensive compared to other companies. I just hope with our two truckloads make a difference to someone’s life because at the end of the day that is why we chose this company.

Junk came to my rescue the next day after I I asked them to pick up some old furniture, I was most impressed of their service, they were very obliging and helpful I would recommend junk to all my family and friends. I rate junk a five star rating.
I like to thank junk for their excellent services.

These guys were quick and thorough. So easy. I just pointed and they picked up the rubbish and packed it so well in the truck. Best value for money. They even cleaned up after. Hats off to them.

The whole process from initial booking to seeing my mattress walk out the door was so effortless, simple and efficient. Communications were of such a refreshing high standard. Cannot recommend Junk.com.au highly enough for all Brisbane rubbish removal needs you might have.

I made a booking for an afternoon collection in Brisbane 1-4pm through the website. Dealt with in Victoria I believe. Got a confirmation email of the date and time. Great! Had a call to confirm, no worries, would get a message 30 minutes before arrival and could track their location. Message on the day at just after 9am to say they were on their way in 23 minutes.
Hmmmm. Called head office and said no I
wasn’t there as my collection was in the afternoon. No worries he said I will let them know, they are a bit ahead of schedule and collection will be in the afternoon. Long story short, I got to my dads unit at 1pm to be sure. At 4pm called to see where they were.
The Brisbane team had no record of my afternoon pick up. I have had a mile long round of texts with Richard in booking about this and he would not accept their mistake. Sent him my email confirmation, nope not my problem, you weren’t home in the morning even though my booking was for the afternoon. Nothing wrong with the drivers wasn’t their fault. Eventually got a call from Brisbane and they had no booking for me and he was very apologetic. I said not to worry I would find someone else.
Crikey, Richard in Vic is now getting his solicitors onto me. I’m happy for him to bring it on. As I said to him, I can’t complain about the service because there wasn’t any.
I know there are a lot of positive reviews but the logistics side of it needs some attention.
