Fabulous customer service, I had an issue with sizing and everything was sorted within an hour of sending my initial email! I’m happily astonished! Also, the quality of the underwear is sublime, looking forward to placing more orders! Thank you.

I had to change delivery address and Joey was fantastic to deal with, quick warm responses, this is my second time purchasing briefs, their quality is excellent and my husband said they are the most comfortable underwear he owns.

Have just received my 2nd and 3rd order because I think these are so great. I used to be a boring black colour boxer wearer but I’m loving the colours. Best feeling wearing these !

Amazing customer service when I need to exchange items, very helpful and communicative

After disappointing results with High Street pants I risked the expense of buying JustWears and it was a good move. Extremely comfortable and secure.
Too soon to comment on longevity but I am happy to recommend the product.

The underwear is of great quality and I'm very satisfied with it. There was a small issue with a factory defect on one and Joey from Customer Service was polite and swift in resolving the situation for me.

Extremely comfortable and well fitting boxers, they are quick-drying too so useful if you travel.
I had a small problem with one pair and they responded to my email immediately, on a Sunday morning, replaced the pants the following day.

I bought them for my partner who absolutely love them. He was amazed by the softness of the fabric and how well it holds his well-above-average manhood and butt cheeks comfortably. He has ADHD and struggles with sensory overload and the feeling certain fabrics have on his skin, but not with JustWears briefs. He can’t stop saying how nice they feel on his skin. I’ve ordered L size due to past experiences with other brands even though he is size M and, to be truly honest, I think size M would be perfect as well. The attention to detail and thoughtful approach when designing the briefs shows care and passion for the product and we love every bit of it. Thank you so much for such amazing underwear!

I bought my partner boxer briefs for the first time Jan 2021 and they have been used almost weekly since then. Well , finally, they have holes in them. The elastic is still great, the material feels great still, it's just finally started to come away from the waistband. Thank you!

So happy with my trunks, socks and tee. Supremely comfortable, easy to wash and great quality.

So this is in effect my first time wearing Just Wears and Ive got to say that on every level they are superb.

First of all they do make things look more "interesting" in profile and that is always a good thing; my first time wearing them was to a NFL ball game in London and I totally hadn't worked out how to extract the right bit for going to the loo (and there were quite a few visits!) but now that I have, it is so much easier than traditional pants; I do feel like I'm not wearing pants most of the time and they are so skin soft; finally because of the design, if you need space to "grow" when you least expect it then it copes with it way better than everything getting squashed together and feeling uncomfortable.

I am a total convert and I get such a buzz out of wearing them. I ordered XL based on the size chart and it fits well - not too tight and not to loose.

Finally! a subject treated with great respect - great fitting, supportive, holding and soft pants! Great colours too - my everyday choice!

Excellent quality clothing, and amazing customer service. Really happy with everything from these guys and also the interaction with customer services when needed. Recently let them know of an issue with a sock and Joey kindly resolved this immediately and without any fuss. Will continue to buy their products and recommend them to all.

I've been buying this product for several years now and would like to add that the customer service has remained exemplary over all that time.

I had a small issue with a couple of pairs of pants but when I reached out to the just wears team I got a very prompt reply and the issue was resolved straight away so I am very happy to buy from this company going forward as the products are excellent.

Great product. Great customer service. Ordered wrong size by mistake and they were very helpful and quick to resolve the problem. Will certainly order from them again.

I ordered for the first time and used Apple Pay to check out so didn’t get to apply the discount. I emailed asking if I could cancel and reorder using the discount. Instead they emailed back and applied the discount to my original order and refunded the discount. Amazing customer service!
