Justbit blocked my account, claiming they had conducted a thorough review. I only bet on one sport, yet that was reason enough for them to block me; they essentially stole over $1,000 from me. I do not recommend using this casino at all—it is the worst one out there.

I want everyone to see that you are the scammers here! Because you didn't even return my deposit or request a CAC. You just presented me with a fait accompli. Beware of this platform. They will take your money, even if it's a small amount.

I registered on this site, placed a couple of bets on sporting events, and they didn't withdraw my money. They told me to wait because a scheduled audit was underway. A day passed, and the money still hadn't arrived in my wallet. This morning, they blocked my account, saying I was a fraudster, and that I had $260 in my account. Draw your own conclusions.

I registered on this platform and deposited $80. I placed one bet, it won, and set the payout to $60. They haven't withdrawn my money for three days now. Support says they'll pay out any minute, so please wait. But they still haven't paid. I don't recommend this platform because the amount involved is small; I definitely wouldn't trust them with larger amounts. Thank you for your attention.

Justbit operates under the same corporate group as LuckyGem, Betspino, JustBit, WinHero and zumobet , all connected through Sapphire Summit / registration number 3-102-903325 SRL, incorporated in Costa Rica.
Why this matters:
The Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) — the Dutch gambling authority — has previously taken formal enforcement action against Betspino, another casino within this same group, for illegally targeting Dutch consumers. Following this enforcement action, Betspino dissolved its company registration. This is a well-documented pattern: operate illegally, receive sanctions, rebrand under a new casino name.
What I personally experienced at LuckyGem (same group):
• Deposits were accepted immediately and without restrictions
• Multiple withdrawal attempts failed repeatedly
• When I finally received an explanation, it came weeks later and was inconsistent with what I had been told previously
• My complaint was closed without resolution
• My Trustpilot review was flagged for removal — it was reinstated with a verified badge
The bigger picture:
Across all casinos in this group, the same pattern emerges:
• Vague and generic positive reviews that appear inauthentic
• Serious complaints about blocked withdrawals
• Players being ignored for months
• Dutch players discovering too late that these casinos operate without a KSA licence
I have filed formal complaints with the KSA, and I am currently in contact with this casino group’s payment provider regarding compliance concerns. I am also registering with a legal organisation that specialises in collective proceedings against illegal casino operators.
My advice:
If you are a Dutch player, do not deposit at any casino within this group. You have no consumer protection and withdrawing your funds may prove impossible.

Your response only confirms what I am increasingly beginning to suspect: there is no real intention to resolve this matter in a fair and timely manner.
From my perspective, this process feels like a deliberate attempt to delay and stall for as long as possible, in the hope that I will eventually give up. The continued lack of transparency, the absence of any concrete timeline, and the repeated generic responses only reinforce this impression.
Let me be very clear — this is not acceptable.
Any legitimate and properly functioning company should be able to provide at least a reasonable timeframe or a meaningful update. The fact that you are unable or unwilling to do so raises serious concerns about how customer funds and refund requests are being handled.
At this point, my trust in your handling of this situation is extremely low.
If this matter is not resolved promptly with clear communication and a concrete outcome, I will escalate this further through all available channels. I will also ensure that my experience is shared publicly so that others can form their own opinion about how your platform operates.
I expect a proper, transparent, and final response without further delay.

Thank you for your response, but your reply is exactly the reason why this situation has become unacceptable.
For more than 3 years I have been trying to resolve this issue through your “official support channels.” During that time I have sent well over 200 emails, and a huge number of them were completely ignored. The few responses I did receive were mostly generic copy-paste messages with no real answers, no transparency, and no actual effort to resolve the case.
Claiming publicly that the case is still “under review” after 3 years is honestly ridiculous. No legitimate company should need years to investigate a customer case while continuously avoiding direct answers.
What makes this even worse is that you present yourselves publicly as professional and trustworthy, while privately failing to provide even basic customer support or fair treatment. At this point it no longer feels like incompetence — it feels deliberate.
People should seriously think twice before trusting JustBit with their money, because if something goes wrong, you may end up being ignored for years without resolution, exactly like I have been.

Justbit.io closed my account without any valid reason or evidence of wrongdoing. I did not violate any terms or commit any crime. My account was restricted immediately after I won a bet and requested a withdrawal.
Instead of paying out my legitimate winnings, Justbit.io confiscated all my funds, including my original deposit. This behavior is unacceptable and highly unethical. A bookmaker that cannot pay winning customers should not be operating at all.
I play to win, as every bettor does. If a platform cannot handle winning players, it should shut down rather than scam users. I am demanding a full refund of my balance, including my deposit.
If my funds are not returned, I will report Justbit.io to all relevant review platforms, watchdogs, and regulatory bodies, and I will continue to warn others across their social media channels.
Do not register with Justbit.io. Based on my experience, this platform engages in unfair practices and should be avoided.

I won on 5/11 and on 6/11 the money was in my account. On the one hand, it was my fault for not checking my card, and on the other hand, there was a lack of assertive communication.
But today, Jacobo helped me, and that's what I would call an assertive conversation. In a moment, he resolved the situation.

I want to warn other players about my experience with Justbit, which appears to be connected to the former Casbit Group N.V.
After a previous settlement with that company, I discovered that new corporate structures and casino brands have emerged that seem to operate in much the same way. It appears that multiple company names are being used, making it difficult for players to verify who is truly behind these platforms or under what licence they operate.
In the past, I was asked to sign a confidentiality agreement related to my earlier dispute. I intend to make this document public soon so that others can understand how these business arrangements work and which casino sites may be involved.
My advice: exercise extreme caution and always check whether a casino is properly licensed before depositing any funds.
