Highly recommend dealing with Keanue ☺️

I was initially told I was accepted for an Informal Debt Relief Plan and dealt with Keanu throughout.

As soon as I asked for basic written disclosures (ASIC/AFCA registration, fee structure, creditor agreement process, trust account handling, and cooling-off/refund rights for the $1,980 setup fee), I was refused written answers, told to “Google it,” and pushed to speak only by phone.

Shortly after continuing to request this information, I was suddenly told the service could no longer help me and was instead pushed toward loan products, despite clearly stating that a loan was not an option.

This experience raises serious concerns about transparency, compliance, and sales conduct.
Anyone considering this service should proceed with extreme caution and demand everything in writing before agreeing to anything.

Keanue is very king and encouraging. I am not very sure at this point whether my application will go forward or not as most of my applications similar was rejected because of my income. But no matter what this was a very encouraging and hopeful conversation i had with Keanue. If you are in a financial hardship reach out to him and see your options the amounts they provide is amazing. I hope this will work for me in the end.

Zavier and Tom really helped me with my financial situation. I explained my finances and they came up with a plan that was too good to pass. I’m now on no stress worrying about paying this and paying that.
