Really appreciated the variety of cards and their quality. I was looking for a range of messages so that I would have a bank of cards available - sympathy, thank you, congratulations. These were all... もっと見る

Lovely cards, but would have loved to have been able to purchase some of the cards in the multi-pack individually

I looked through several card websites until I found the most perfect Christmas card.. a handmade collage portrait of a hare.. created by children and by far the best card available..

Quality well designed cards

There are certain types of cards that I buy from this company regularly for their design and quality. For example Christmas and Easter.
The website would be better with a little tweaking to enable customers to find precisely the item that is required.

How do you justify the exorbitant delivery charge ?

Excellent service . . . . . BUT . . . . . . how do you justify the exorbitant delivery charges ? I've checked Royal Mail's list and you are charging far more than BOTH
1st AND 2nd class costs for sending a card which cost
less than half of the deliverycharge,
Something isn't quite right here ? ? ? ?

Just Cards Direct からの回答

We’re sorry to hear your concerns about the delivery charge. Our current postage cost is a flat rate that covers both letter-size items and parcels, and isn’t based on the weight or size of individual orders. This helps us keep things simple and ensures we can offer consistent service across all products, including packaging and handling.

That said, we’re always reviewing our delivery options and truly value your feedback — it helps us improve.

With warm regards,
The Just Cards Direct Team
