Worst store ever. Took 4 days to get an email saying they need to verify my identity. No problem with that other than my order should have been shipped already. Two days later no update so I emailed and asked if my order will not be shipped soon to refund me. No response just a refund. Obviously this business does not need you to buy from them. So find a business that does.

This did absolutely nothing for me. I purchased the 250mg CBD sour gummy bears. Please note, If it does not have THC, it is a waste. I will never buy these again. I will only buy regular gummy bears.

Absolutely failing last several months. The retail processing delays are Also happening on the Wholesale side . Order confirmations but then Nothing! Emails are useless and it’s a shame as the Company has Great Product but if you can’t get it what is the point of trying sell my customers on the brand!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. My order from over a week ago has still not been processed. I’ve emailed customer service - got no where after several emails. Finally had to call and all I got was excuses of why my order was still not processed. They offered 3 day shipped once it is processed but that does me no good.

Understand they were closed 2 days for the holidays but they had plenty of “24 hr processing” time after the holidays and yet my order still sits. What a joke and what poor customer service.

Do not waste your money or time with this joke of a company .

Be weary ⚠️DO NOT purchase from JUSTCBD.com this company is engaging IN FRAUD they will send a fake tracking number and purposely never ship the item . Item tracking has been pending for 3 weeks and they will cancel the order . Please save your money and go elsewhere ✅

This company is a total scam company they offer products for sake the. Don’t ship and they claim they are out and discontinued yet they are still for sale on their fake website and it takes forever to get money back they claimed to have shipped my order from day before thanksgiving on Dec 1 st sent me tracking number which doesn’t exist and now claims their refunding the money and it’ll take another 5-7 business days meanwhile I’ve gotta pay 500 bucks for the order on credits card cause they have taken more than 3 weeks to refund something . Beware as I’ll be filing with the state attorney general’s office for fraud.

Total scam. Charged my credit card twice but never shipped order or replied to emails. Avoid

I ordered some CBD vape cartridges thinking they were the full vape, when i realised my mistake i went to contact them. When i did get through, they were very helpful with cancelling my order.

Do not trust this site! They had a decent sale, so I gave them a try. First, while shipping was fast, they send no tracking or confirmation emails, and take forever to respond until you threaten to cancel the CC charge. Second, I received 8 cans of Delta 9 drink, 2 busted open and drained completely, one half full, with no holes or anything. While the cans were sticky, the bubble wrap and box were not, which makes me question if they were sent like that. These places are a dime a dozen right now, and there are way better choices.

I ordered on 2/24/25 and was told my package was going to be here last Sunday. Package never came very disappointed...

I Ordered a vape (9 Feb 20 2025) but was sent back to them due to wrong address (I gave all of my address except my road name) I contacted them to correct my mistake and they replied two days later saying they will replace it, my product was returned to them on 17th Feb and now at 23rd Feb I still have no product and they never answer there phone number and have not replied to any further messages with no way to know if they have resent my package or not. Not pleased at all.

Edit: (They saw this post and decided to send me three vapes as compensation, so whilst I still stand by the fact that the customer service is bad, I will increase the star rating to three stars and slightly change my review).

Had a problem with a delivery. Pen arrived damage due to the super crazy hot weather. I have contacted the customer service. Callum was the kindest person ever. He understood the problem and organised a delivery with replacement products and freebies. That was so good

I bought a disposable cbd vape pen from a retailer and was getting high off of it. I bought an art home drug test from Walgreens and tested positive for THC. DON'T BUY UNLESS YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT DRUG TESTS. IT WAS A GOOD HIGH. BUT FAILING A DRUG TEST FOR WORK AND PROBATION IS NOT GOOD FOR ME

Excellent Customer Service from the sales rep Callum. Went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase and with his extensive knowledge of the product was able to guide to the right product to meet my needs. Highly recommend and will be back again 100%. 5 stars 🌟

I ordered 1000 MG oil. Have been taking 600mg from another company. I did NOT get the same relief. Product didn't seem to be as powerful. Maybe that is how they can afford their low prices. I'll try a different company.

I have been a loyal customer of just CBD for at least 3 years. Although I like the product their customer service and shipping sucks! Ive had multiple orders lost and one order that stated was delivered and I didn't receive it. When I called customer service they were not very friendly and less than helpful. They wanted me to fill out an affidavit and I stated I don't own a computer or a printer and I can't do it on my phone. I'm 72 years old and people my age don't have all of this technology sometimes. They still refused to send me a replacement or a refund unless I filled out the affidavit. I live on social security and it's a stretch for me to buy these gummies every month for my anxiety but I do it because I believed in the product. They have lost a loyal customer and I have nothing good to say about how they treat their customers!

Absolutely fantastic company I waited few weeks to write my review the products are superior to any I’ve used before.

I’ve used the live resin vape and vape also the vegan hemp gummies.

Also communication and customer service has been second to none highly recommended thanks to Colin for his help with my order and advice 👍
