Hi there,

I can see why you’re upset, but I need to be very clear and direct here.

This is not our company, and this is not our order. We have checked our system thoroughly and there is no record of the order ID you provided, no matching customer details, and no return linked to us.

Because of that, we cannot process a refund for something that was never purchased from us.

I completely understand this situation is frustrating, but it’s important to double check the company name on your bank statement or receipt, as it looks like this has been directed to the wrong business.

If you do find the correct company details and it turns out to be us, we will of course help immediately. But based on all the information provided so far, this does not belong to JustFloow.
