Prompt weekend delivery, product beautifully made and was very satisfying to assemble. Love it

The globe is to be given as a Christmas present and remains in its box for now. The ordering was easy and the website clear. Delivery was when promised, so I'm very pleased so far. Ask me again after Christmas and I'll have an update.

Nice looking product except base and meridian are flimsy … wouldbe better if more sturdy especially since supposed to be for a young child.

Quality product, delivered quickly (using a reliable carrier).

Excellent service, I only needed a spare part and it was dealt with very effeciently and with reassuring knowledge of the product. Thank you.

Ordered by phone as wanted some advice. Excellent product knowledge, simple process, next day delivery. Upon opening a quality product.

Extremely easy to order online with lots of choice and help if you need it. Arrived quickly and perfectly packed

*Ex Display*

I contacted just globes before purchasing the ex display they had for sale. I was informed there were a few small marks but nothing major. The globe I have received has quite a few chips, and a very visible large dent on the top. This is on view at all times and cannot be hidden. I am disappointed that customer services stopped responding once the purchase had been made and I wasn’t informed about the large dent. I also will not receive a full refund as I have assembled the globe, despite it being ex display (therefore already assembled previously hence the chips!) I definitely would not have been happy to pay full price due to the quality. It looks fantastic but the quality is not up to standard in my opinion.

The globe was just as described. Our granddaughter was delighted with it. Delivery was timely. Whole experience was stress free.

prompt delivery and globe exceeded my expectations. Very pleased with it
