- Много полезных функций, которых нет у конкурентов;
- Быстрая и качественная поддержка;
- Большой выбор услуг и логакаций;

Пользуюсь уже пару лет, очень нравится. Проблем конечно хватает, но это результат действие третьих лиц.

Отличная компания, пользуюсь 3 года. За всё время была одна проблема, не работало 2 дня. и больше проблем не было.

Молодцы ребята, всегда помогают, бывает нужно подождать конечно, но все мы люди.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever used. Most of the positive reviews you see here or in other platforms are because they’re running a promotion and giving away account balance in exchange for reviews.

Customer support doesn’t even know what a server is. Having a problem? Just reinstall or change your location. There’s absolutely no troubleshooting whatsoever.

The servers are oversold, and some locations are completely unusable. As I said, customer support doesn’t care about this and won’t do anything about it.

You’ll get banned even for a single false report on AbuseIPDB or for other similarly silly reasons. They won’t lift the suspension and will put all the blame on you.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Utter idiots. Nearly scam

The service is absolute rock bottom. All promises about live support are lies – they reply maybe once a week, if you're lucky, and instead of providing a solution, they just suggest removing the service. When you rent a 1000 Mbit channel, you get 100-200 and dropouts at the slightest load. All questions to support are ignored, and if you don't ping them every day, they'll just close your ticket.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, IT'S AT ROCK BOTTOM.

Каждый раз после переустановки сервера или сброса ip, перестает работать SSH.
Отвратительная панель управления в которой даже консоль не умеет вставлять текст и выделять для копирования.
Ну а тех поддержка это вообще дно.
Повесили ИИ бота, который только и может отвечать, вы у нас в приоритете я слежу за вашим обращениям.
Могут сутками не отвечать в поддержку.
Если от сервера зависит ваш бизнес , ищите другого провайдера.

Dude, this site is a scam. I bought a VPS from this site a week ago, and the very next day I encountered the "VPS is restricted due to some issues" problem. I tried to delete the VPS, but it won't delete I explained the problem to AI support, and they suggested I create a ticket. I created three tickets, and all of them received negative responses. They didn't delete the VPS or refund my balance to JustHost

I've been using the service for two years. There was one instance of issues that lasted a couple of days, which technical support honestly acknowledged. Other than that, there haven't been any problems. I'm satisfied—it just works.

Support ignores my requests. 2 prepaid servers got dead they didn't help or compensate and keep ignoring. After moving to another server and restoring-dead again and ignore again. More and more start looking like a semi-scam

This isn't a service—it's hell on earth. There's absolutely no support! A useless bot that gives the same response over and over. There are no support agents (maybe there are, but they'll only show up when you're over 70). No customer assistance whatsoever. The servers go down—you write to them—and they don't respond at all. Then they tell you to reinstall the server—you try to reinstall it—and everything freezes up. Everything glitches, it doesn’t install on the first try, and there’s absolutely no support from the project.
I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!
I’ve used this service for a long time—but the stress I went through just to get everything working wasn’t worth it. Not to mention that my business is suffering incredible losses because the servers are constantly crashing, and the Justhostasia team can’t do anything or help in any way. They’re like blind kittens themselves—and we’re waiting for them to give us some instructions.
I can provide any proof of this service’s poor performance in the form of screenshots and numerous correspondence with support.

Paid JustHost.asia in full for a VPS via crypto (through their Cryptomus checkout). Payment confirmed on-chain over a day ago — their page required 12 confirmations, the tx now has 20k+. Cryptomus has confirmed IN WRITING, twice, that the payment is complete and credited to JustHost.

Despite that: no server, no credentials, no refund. JustHost's support said "wait up to 24h," then went completely silent and has ignored every message since. I no longer want the server - I just want a refund - and they won't even reply.

I have the order number, the Cryptomus confirmations, the TXID and the full thread. They took the money and delivered nothing. Do not pay this host in crypto.

Ну начну с "мелочи": 1) очень тормознутые сервера, 2) установка ОС занимает больше часа, 3) за 2 недели +- сервер падал 2 раза, 4) техподдержка вообще в какой-то прострации, то есть, оперативно решить вопрос, не получится.

JustHost is a scam. After requesting a refund for their low-quality VPS, they sent me a fake transaction hash as proof of payment.

The hilarious part? The transaction they used as "proof" happened BEFORE I even purchased the service. They literally tried to use a time-traveling logic to steal my money. When I pointed this out, they stopped replying and closed all my tickets.

Total fraud. Zero integrity. Do not give them a single cent.

More than 24 hours to reinstall server. Server down every weekend for 24+ hours. Support replaced with AI bot with pointless advices, not recomended.

I rented a VPS from JustHost.Asia hoping for cheap and decent performance, but the support experience has been the worst I've ever seen.
Their live chat is just a very weak bot that doesn't help at all. I gave it my server's IP, and it spent ages denying that the IP even belongs to them, insisting they have nothing to do with it. Only after I sent a screenshot from my personal account did it finally admit "oh yes, this is ours." Ridiculous.
On March 2, 2026, there was a complete outage — everything went down: servers, control panel, the works. No status page, no updates, nothing. I sent multiple messages in chat and tickets, but they completely ignored me for 15 straight hours. No acknowledgment, no ETA, no explanation. Just silence.
If you're planning to run anything that needs reliable uptime and quick help when things break — stay away. What you get here is constant stress, headaches, and support that's basically non-existent. I've never encountered anything this bad elsewhere.
Avoid for anything serious.

I have been using VPS from JustHost.Asia for about a year. I use it for VPN. So far, everything suits me. The price/quality is acceptable. Yes, sometimes there are breaks, but no more than an hour is not critical for me.
