George was very polite, had a wonderful way to express the policy that I wanted.

The policy looks good, the fortnightly premiums are a bit steep at NZ$49.80 for pensioners to afford it...it'll only take 8years to pay the whole Sum Insured of $10,000. But good reading of the policy. I'm handing the policy to my daughter as she'll be dealing with things, if and when I depart. Please don't send me any email updates or promotions etc.

Easy to talk to the young lady and making everything understandable and also easy to sign up for a Funeral Insurance

George was very clear and precise, he wasn't pushy but he explained the policy to me clearly.
Although l was slow in getting my bank information he waited without being pushy in which l appreciated the most.
