Awful. Hired them to clean my split AC as it was leaking. Maintenance guy showed up on a Wednesday and cleaned, by Saturday it was leaking again. No telephone number to call , no direct email - you just have to file a complaint through their portal.
Received a single email asking for photos/videos of my AC leaking (!) on 13th April. Never heard from them since.
Ironically the email is from 'wecare@...'.... no you dont.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding a very frustrating issue I have been facing for the past 7 days. I had balance in my JustLife wallet, and when I booked a package, half of the amount was deducted from my wallet. However, once the cleaning service started, I was asked to make a cash payment as well. This makes no sense, as payment had already been partially deducted from my wallet.
In addition, I have saved my personal bank card on the account, and payments for cleaning services are being deducted directly from my card without my permission, instead of using my JustLife wallet balance. I added money to the wallet for this purpose, but it is not being used. Later, after one or two months, I am told the wallet balance has expired. This is completely unfair.
Since then, I have been repeatedly requesting a callback. Whenever your team calls, I have to explain the issue again from the beginning, which wastes a lot of my time. After long discussions, I am told that someone will call me back, but no one ever follows up or resolves the matter.
As a busy customer, it is extremely frustrating to spend so much time every day explaining the same issue without any solution. I have been using JustLife for the past 3 years, but unfortunately this kind of poor customer service has happened multiple times.
JustLife used to be professional and reliable, but now the service quality has become very disappointing. Please resolve my wallet/payment issue urgently, refund any unauthorized card deductions, and arrange a proper callback from someone who can actually solve this matter.
This may be my last time using JustLife if such issues continue.

Very disappointing experience with just-life technician services
Very disappointing experience with Justlife.
I booked and paid online for a wardrobe repair, clearly explaining in advance (with photos) that a broken part needed to be replaced. The job was simple and should have been covered by the one-hour service I paid for.
Two technicians arrived but spent a lot of time searching through their tools without making progress. They then said they needed to leave to buy a part and asked for an extra 30 AED. After 15 minutes they returned, but did not show any new part and instead installed what appeared to be a used component.
When I asked for clarification, they removed the piece and left without completing the job.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and a waste of time. I would not recommend this experience.

Absolutely appalling experience with Justlife. I have never dealt with such a frustrating, unreliable, and deeply disappointing service.
The cleaner failed to come not once, but multiple times, and every single time I had to chase the company myself. Nobody called back, communication was a nightmare, and getting any real help was almost impossible. When a manager finally contacted me, I was promised the issue would be resolved, but that promise meant nothing because nothing was actually fixed.
The refund situation was even worse. First I was told the refund had been processed. Then when I followed up again, another agent said it had never actually been submitted. So I was given false information and left waiting. It has now been more than 14 days, and still no refund has appeared in my account.
I have tried email, phone, and chat, and nothing works properly. This whole experience has felt incredibly misleading, unprofessional, and disrespectful of my time. I would strongly warn others to be very careful before using this company.

Their ââinternal investigationsââ consists in asking the person involved what happened, and upon denial of course they proceed to close the case leaving you with the hustle of dealing with police raports. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Justlife, and it is clear that I am not the only customer who has encountered such poor service.
I booked a service, but the maid did not turn up at all. I attempted to contact Justlife by phone, but I was unable to reach anyone. I then messaged their support team continuously from 4:30 pm until 6:20 pm. I was informed about a supposed 30 minute buffer time, yet despite waiting well beyond this, no one arrived and no proper resolution was provided.
Eventually, I was assisted by someone named Beakinian, who claimed to be a manager. She initially spent around 20 minutes trying to find an alternative appointment that would suit me, acknowledging that the maid had not shown up. However, she then contradicted herself by stating that she could not reschedule my appointment due to company policy. This inconsistency was both confusing and unprofessional.
In total, I spent approximately two and a half hours trying to resolve this issue. I requested to speak with a higher authority, but I was told that there was no manager above her. When I asked to escalate the matter to the leadership team, she did not respond and abruptly ended the call.
While I was offered a refund, it was significantly lower because I am on a package plan, compared to what I would have received for a single booking. This feels unfair, especially considering that the service was not delivered at all.
Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional handling of the situation are unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to reconsider before using Justlife services.
I also experienced a no-show yesterday from a therapist and I am deeply mortified that they will not refund me. Surely this is illegal.

Absolutely appalling customer service. It's virtually impossinly to contact customer care, you cannot raise concerns through the app without choosing irrelevant options (e.g. choosing "I'm concerned for my professionals welfare" when the complaint is about a booking that was cut short by several hours and has nothing to do with the professional's welfare). If you finally get through to customer service, they raise a ticket and then close it without any resolution. No proper receipts are issued. Professionals don't receive their tips. Too many issues to list here.

Despite receiving a refund, my issue was never about the money,it was about the service and attitude.
The experience was extremely disappointing:
⢠The staff were rude and unprofessional
⢠There were no-shows with inaccurate excuses/not communicated before
⢠Cleaning was very basic â more like dusting, not actual cleaning
Whenever I politely asked for proper cleaning, I was met with disrespect. For example, I requested to clean under the bed (which is a normal part of cleaning), and even tried to help despite having surgery. The request was initially accepted, then later used as an excuse to refuse service entirely, without proper communication or honesty.
On another visit, when I simply gave guidance (like using small amount water for mopping or starting with the bathroom), the cleaner became upset and even said they donât clean in such way or to enter washroom!!. This is unacceptable what is the purpose of a cleaning service then?
I ended up asking the cleaner to leave. The company offered a small voucher, but again, this is not about money.
The main issues are:

⢠Poor communication
⢠Disrespect toward customers
⢠Doing the bare minimum work
If there was any misunderstanding about the scope of service, a supervisor should have contacted me directly and explained clearly and tell me lets say such service not included, Instead, I received a message from the employee refusing service, which is highly unprofessional.
I understand companies can be busy so maybe they are tired, but that is not the customerâs responsibility. Customers deserve respect, clear communication, and proper service â especially when paying the same price as other companies that deliver much better results.
Honestly, I am very surprised by this level of service.
