Justrite Jakande Estate Gate robbed me in broad daylight.
I transferred money to them when their POS failed, and they promised a refund once the alert came in. The alert came. They got the money. They still Refused to refund me after making me pay a second time with my card.
So now they’re holding my money and pretending nothing happened.
If this is how Justrite treats customers, people need to know. I have full evidence of the debit.

I was at Justrite last week to get some toiletries and Groceries, from the entrance to the supermarket, the attendants were polite and eager to direct you to the right section to pick your items to the Cashier that collected my credit card for payment. The most amazing thing is 1% discount was given to me for my purchase as Customer loyalty. I love going there

Great cans overall, but when you have a leak after 2 year they just won't help. I sent 12 photos, it wasn't enough. They need you to determine what caused the failure and find a microscope camera to diagnose it, and wear you out so you give up on the can and they don't honor a warranty. I owned 12 of their cans and after this will never buy another. They are just fine charging $100+ per can but don't give a crap about a repeat customer or their products.
