Jo is absolutely brilliant, my sewing machine had never worked properly so I put it into Jo for a service and explained the problems I’d been having, she diagnosed and remedied the issues, the machine now works like a dream. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Happy to recommend

Delivery had a slight hold up due to Royal Snail Mail but it was resolved very efficiently and I am very pleased with the quality and value of the products supplied. Great communication. Will certainly use again.
