Despite a hiccup at one of the courses where they booked for 4 instead of 8 this was well managed by just tee times with minimal fuss and the error had been the fault of the golf club

Top service
Macht weiter so. Ihr macht das super.

Turned an issue in to resolved problem with ease ðð
I made a mistake and double booked golf for the Thursday when we were out in portugal in March.
I emailed Just tee times and they were able to rearrange our booking with absolute ease. They turned what could have been a stressful situation in to something very straight forward and handled it all superbly.

Dear Mr Marcaccio,
We are really sorry to learn of your disappointment. This is not how we want our customers to feel.
As Just Tee Times operates remotely and relies on course notifications, it is the responsibility of the golf courses to advise us of any conditions that may affect playability.
A member of our customer service team will be in touch with you very shortly as it would be a big help for us if you could inform us of which course you are referring to so that we can take immediate action.
