Good honest lads just want to help. Had my tracking done while I was there, error made when they charged me the £20 that was on the promo code but the head office quickly sorted that out. Happy to go back again in the future.

Travelling from Doncaster to Huddersfield on 02/01/25 for a funeral and about two thirds of the way the tyre pressure light lit up on my dash. Thought it was just low pressure in the affected tyre due to cold weather but when I got off the M62 at Ainley Top and stopped at the garage to fill it with air, found a hole with a flapping piece of rubber! Cue a slight panic trying to think of tyre fitters in the area - drove past a couple that were chocca so pulled over and tried google. First place it suggested was Just Tyres - cue a frantic phone call from a stressed out female! The chap at the other end of the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. Confirmed they had tyre size in stock, gave me their address and off I went praying the deflating tyre would hold out. When I got there at just turned 2pm I went into reception and met the lovely chap who’d taken my call. At this point emotions got the better of me and I had a bit of a mini meltdown - the chap couldn’t have been more kind. Offered me a cuppa several times which I politely declined as he reassured me they could sort the car out no issue. After chatting with him, he realised I was still on my way to the funeral and offered to fit the tyre himself so that I could get to the funeral on time. He was as good as his word - the funeral started at 2.45pm and I made it just as the funeral car pulled in. Not all heroes wear capes, but the chap who dealt with and helped me deserves to be called my hero today. Would have no hesitation recommending Just Tyres as they truly went above and beyond. I had a call the day before my booking asking me if I could go on the day of the call. I went down, had two front tyres fitted and a tracking adjustment. In and out within the hour and well pleased.

Excellent customer service....quick and efficiently removal and fitting of 4 new tyres at a great price.

Prices were reasonable and the guys in the garage were friendly. I got advice over the telephone from a lovely lady who then booked me in for an appointment. It all went very smoothly!

Rude manager, unprofessional, unhelpful, immature ,does not know how to talk to customers, I had 2 new tyres fitted and I wanted the rear tyres swapping to the front. which is a quite normal request. The manager started arguing with me saying the new ones are better on the rear, ok but I want them swapping please.
He said ,you will have to pay extra, ok then how much? I will pay. Then he started saying he didnt have time. I should not be arguing with the manager.
Ok If you dont have time then lets arrange a time that is convenient to you. There was no offer of that.
I said the vehicle is getting jacked up anyway so it is not a time consuming job. I said there was no option when I paid online for the tyres rotating.
So that means I have to go to another garage to get them swapped or do it myself when i get home (WHAT THE HELL) When I am a just tyres customer, how does that work? They never put any dust caps onto the new tyres, then they put my old ones on loosely so they would fall off, to be petty.
Absolutely terrible experience on that day. The worst new trye experience in my whole life. I like just tyres as a company but I can never visit the Huddersfield branch again, which is awkward as its my local branch.

Car went in for new and tracking and was carried out efficiently and was collect and taken back to the shop when the work was complete

Very friendly and helpful staff. Whilst I was waiting for my tyres to be replaced an elderly couple came into the reception area and were struggling with buying the tyres online and the booking system said no slots available same day or following day. The guys sold them a tyre for the same price and fitted it straight away.

Sadly after turning up and being told I wasn’t booked in the work was finally carried out to be then told I needed two front coils so I said just leave the wheels then till I can get the work repaired, he advised he couldn’t leave the old tyres on, then rang my mechanic and advised to have my car transported to there garage when I told them what they had told me
but I chose to drive home and got my car checked at another garage to then be advised there was nothing wrong with the coils really disappointed

ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE. Booked in 2 tyres four days in advance and paid for them. When I turned up for the tyres they were a different brand to what I had ordered. I was told that is what I ordered as that is what was on their system. So I had to get my email receipt uploaded to show they had the wrong tyres. They phoned head office and they said the tyre ratings were the same so it’s fine. NO it’s not fine because I was not interested in tyres I have never tried before or wanted. Head office also told porkies of the fact that they emailed/ texted me to inform me. I showed the staff all the correspondence from Just Tyres, and it proved I received nothing regarding the tyres being swapped to a different brand. The fitters at just tyres were helpful and then ordered the correct tyres from another branch for me for the next day. However I had my MOT retest booked an hour later which I then had to rearrange. The next day I got my tyres fitted BUT HAD TO PAY FOR THEM AGAIN!! Even though I still had not received my refund from the day before. It has now been five days and still not received my refund. I will have to now get in touch with trading standards regarding my refund!!! Poor service at best!!
