2 guys were efficient and did the job well, kept me informed of what was going on etc, only let down was they were dueting to the radio songs of Taylor Swift and Cristina Aguilera and showed they are not the next X Factor. 😂

Good job, quick fit, no hassle...

Service was. V. Good and pleasant. Plus the young lad was on his own and it was one of our hottest days

Online ordering was simple and quick.

Staffed by experts who give genuine advice but do not try to upsell anything. Convenient on-line purchase and booking.

Polite, kept to schedule, all 4 tyres changed with no hassle - and so far, they've stayed inflated!!

Friendly but very professional and helpful team. I would thoroughly recommend. They even took some old tyres from a previous vehicle for recycling which I was extremely grateful to them for doing so.

Booked online and took the fitting slot that was offered. Turned up at the allotted time to be told “we never get a delivery until later come back in an hour”. Contacted customer services only to be told it is up to the customer to check the tyres have arrived before travelling to the branch. So do check.

I ordered Bridgestone tyres online but the next day was informed they couldn’t offer them so I had to order different tyres.
Other than that everything was very good.

Just been to Just Tires in Old Stratford. Excellent service with staff who were amazing. Good value for money. Would definitely go there again.

The single guy on duty worked very hard and completed his work to a high standard.

Very friendly and efficient team who replaced two tyres within twenty minutes.

Service well done. The worker in charge I believe Charlie(hope I didn't get the name wrong) goes above and beyond to provide the best service.
Too bad still have some rudimentary tools to work with. The Alignment is still made old style, old plates under the tires, the car needs to be jacked to place the plates underneath, no ramp for the worker to do the job easier and faster, have to be laying down on the floor to complete the alignment, this takes a bit longer, the faster the service is done, the faster more vehicles can be in the garage to change tires. Provide the right tools and more adequate tools to your workers please.

Just had front tyres fitted at Old Stratford site. I must commend the young man working there on his own with the way he not only supplied and fitted my tyres but the way he handled walk ins and phone calls whilst dealing with his booked appointments as well. Great professionalism and customer care shown Just Tryes should be very proud of this young man dealing with running the show all on his own znd keeping customers happy.
