Quick and easy to order

I found premium tires at a reasonable price, including installation.

Excellent service, quickly changed my tyre, no pressure for added extras like tracking, 2 tyres to be changed at same time. Fitted by friendly staff. Can not fault the service thank you.

I found what I needed and delivered next day as expected. I was seen on time, helpful friendly staff fitted tyres efficiently.

I ordered my Bridgstone tyres nearly a week ahead of the fitting date I booked. I was called the day before to ask me if I could push my appointment back to the afternoon because the tyres had not arrived, so i agreed. On the day of the fitting I was contacted again to ask if I could push the fitting back to the next day due to only 3 tyres turning up (i ordered 4 because my car has 4 wheel!!) I said that was difficult but I had no real choice. Thus meant I had to rearrange my work which was very inconvenient. I turned up the next day at 8.30am as arranged but still only 3 tyres were there. So 2 were put on in the hope that the last tyre would be delivered by Bonds later that morning. The fitter also let it slip that they were on stop with the supplier because someone hadnt paid the bill. It made me think what sort of company is this? The fitters themselves were very efficient and later that day I return to have the remaing 2 tyres fitted. Not an experience I wish to repeat. Just tyres, please pay your bills on time, it really should not be the customers issue especially when I had paid up front for the tyres. Just tyres as a company I would only give 1 star due to the poor way they conduct their business.

Turned up at the garage for my 2 new tyres to be fitted. Waited 20 minutes only then to be told that the tyres weren't delivered. Now I have to wait for the tyres to be delivered and rebook with the garage to then have them fitted. Very poor as no communication was received to inform me or the garage.

Tyres had not been delivered to the garage in time for my scheduled appointment and only found out when arrived. 2 days later they had still not been delivered. Ended up cancelling. Issue was with the head office not local garage.

Ordered online x4 tyres and tracking, all booked to Saturday 27th at 9am.

I arrive at garage to be told the tyres have not been delivered so they can’t do anything

I call just tyres to be told there’s nothing that they can do today.

So In the end I’ve had to cancel the order and trying to get a refund due to not having available time to move it to another weekend

Booked an appointment for tyres online. Selected the available tyres, appointment and paid for it. I go to the centre on the appointment to be advised that we don’t have those tyres. I call the office and the lady says they have no tyres so only option is to pay double the price for each tyre or just get a refund. Why are they showing on their website when they don’t have any of those tyres in stock. Now the money is only refunded in a week. It was a waste time and money. The website must not display unavailable stock.

Fast service and actually fitted tyre when I arrived half hour early for fitting appointment rather than making me wait. Much appreciated.

Two tyres and tracking 2 hours 40mins. Then lost a hub cap on drive home and the steering wheel was not straight after tracking . Friendly staff but they were busy. Did have to return to get tracking done again which was no problem and done with out fuss

Even when you book an appointment they don’t care. Tell you to wait. Very bad service they gave me. Very unhappy definitely wouldn’t recommend here

Great service and prices, speedy fitting and nice people

Staff were very friendly helpful and very quick on what was a very hot day. Will 100% use again. Also a very good price.

A quick and easy appointment, the guys were busy but appointment time was honoured.

Efficient tyre replacement within 20 min. Wheel balancing is included and great service provided.

2 front tyres fitted promptly and efficiently to the appointment time, good value. Wheel alignment carried out at same time, technician took the car for a quick drive and confirmed the steering wheel was straight / aligned. When I drove the car on various road types / surfaces the steering wheel was not aligned when the car was travelling straight ahead. Took the car back and the depot adjusted for me promptly, but did not test drive and the steering wheel is still not straight. I now have no confidence to take back again and will either have to put up with the issue or pay another garage to sort out. I would like Just Tyres to consider a refund of the alignment charge as a result.
