The tyre fitter was fantastic, very friendly and very efficient at doing the job. Great conversation with him while he was changing all the tyres.
The price for the tyres was also very competitive with all other places.
Will always go back if tyres or advice is needed.

Quick, great pricing and overall good experience

I visited Just Tyres St Neots branch on 22 June first time. I had a tyre puncture and needed an immediate replacement to make my next appointment to fit tyres elsewhere. I offered proof that I had booked to fit the remaining tyres at another garage yet they still refused to touch my car unless I bought a full set from them on the spot, requested their consultants online for assistance since I had proof that I am replacing the tyres elsewhere but still St. Neots branch refused to help me. Their exactly words “We are not touching your car unless you fitting all the tyres”. When I asked them to just fit one tyre they declined. Their response was to go to my other appointment first and come back completely ignoring that I had a puncture and could not safely do that. No alternatives, no flexibility, no compassion. Just a flat refusal leaving a customer stranded with a punctured tyre.On the 23rd I returned the staff was disappointed to see me, asking me all sort of questions if I had fitted the other Tyres elsewhere before they can help me and later when they saw I did they fitted the Tyre which was not suppose to be a long hustle even with proof on the table. People enter emergency even on the day of car service but other companies gladly help and not take of advantage. This is not customer service. I would strongly urge anyone to think twice before relying on Just Tyres in an emergency.

I needed a pair of tyres replaced urgently and was great to find a tyre company that I didn't have to wait days to get my tyres changed and at a time that suited me unlike some well known companies .
Good prices with fast Efficient service, will definitely use again.

The guys were very helpful and went the extra mile.

Paid £250+ for 2 tyres to be fitted the following day, was called a few hours later to say there was a stock issue and they didn't have those tyres.
Refund took 5 or 6 days to come back.

Easy and quicky

Great, speedy service with a customer first attitude. These guys know that helping customers out will almost guarantee repeat business and great word of mouth recommendations. (Dan in particular) Great staff should be rewarded so hope management read these reviews. Really positive experience.

Guys were excellent had all 4 tyres changed and done in record time good experience, this was my first time using Malvern tyres as they had the tyres I wanted, will be using again

Young woman on her own and staff tried to rip her off by saying they didn’t have product in stock and wanted her to buy more expensive product - unwise!

Price's are alright, staff could be more friendly and professional.
