Dishonest, I will report this to the Słowak Trade Inspection
I placed an order on this website and received an electronic cigarette clearly labeled “Free sample – not for sale,” a product that should never have been distributed.
When I reported this issue to customer service, they lied by claiming they never provide samples and tried to intimidate me by mentioning their “legal department,” even though this concerns a product illegal to sell and non-compliant with EU regulations.
They also wrongly invoked the 14-day period to refuse to correct the issue, which is legally irrelevant in this case. Their behavior is illegal and highly disappointing, showing a total lack of professionalism and respect for customers.
I absolutely do not recommend this store and will report their practices to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

As mentioned, we don’t serve samples, since we don’t get them, you also failed to respond before the 14 days Eu law for return or complaints for products received, you wrote the email to us after 31 days of delivery which is way to late. Since the time of 14 days have expired and since we don’t have samples and don’t get them, we simply won’t be able to assist you further. Case is forwarded to our legal department and they will be in charge from now on in this case if further questions or development Is needed.

First of all the package were not delivered because YOU! forgot to write street number on your order details and for this reason the parcel got shipped without it and is now returning to us due to missing street number, we even informed you we would reship it free of charge to you, even though YOU made the mistake not us!. We simply cant be accountable for your mistakes and a then making an review directly luying about the problem caused by YOU of your incompetance and blaming us its simply not okay. I have been writing with you several times and i told you the package will be reshipped when returned by Packeta!
Answer for update
10. 07. 202504:55 The parcel has arrived at the depot. Zavar, Prílohy 699/87 09. 07. 2025 is not in at our warehouse, this is at shippers "Packeta" Warehouse and they havent given it to us yet!.
Google the adress and it will confirm the adress is not ours....
That said all these problems would never had happened if you just knew your own adress and entered it correctly.
We have forwarded all the proff to revolut so they can see what is the truth behind these lies from you.
Answer for new update, sure and you could easy see the facts if you used google to check the adress you pasted your self, also i told you several times we would reship it, but you then said that we would just take the money and not reship it, which is also a lie, and we will not be model to the way you acted, its totaly against everything we stand for. You could reject the reshipped parcel, sure, but the issue is you entered wrong adress and we couldent ship a new parcel before the original parcel were returned, its that simple. The fault is totaly on your self and not on us.

Very dissapointed. I ordered from Justvape on 9th June 2025, got mail that my order was sent on 16th and it still has not been delivered and cannot be tracked on DPD. I wrote to customer service 3 times and no reply from them.

Best European online vape supplies shop
For European delivery this is the best online vape store there is, bar none. Very fast delivery, efficient customer service and a wide selection. I'm really sad that they are closing down. The good always go first. I understand if you don't want to share this but if I may ask, why are you closing down? New legislation or something?

Received the wrong item in the order
Received the wrong item in the order and the customer support refused to correct their mistake.
eddit: still no response
To give some context I ordered an item which has 2 versions of it a big one and a small one, the packaging is almost identical for both.
I opened the package and only once i held the product in my hand I noticed that they sent me the bigger version even though I ordered the smaller one.
From there on customer service refused to correct the mistake since the seal of the box was broken.
They have the right to do this since there's a vague paragraph in their terms and conditions about it, and some laws around not being able to resell unsealed vaping products.
But the simple fact is that they sent me the wrong product and refused to correct their mistake.
So now I'm stuck with a product I didn't order and payed for a product I never received.
Its a shame when a company isn't willing to eat some costs to correct mistakes their own workers make and to keep their customers happy.
