This is a scam. I ordered a product and never received any shipping information. When I tried to cancel, there was no option on the website. I found them on Instagram, and they said they would issue a refund, but it never happened. I only got my money back after disputing the charge through my bank. Do not buy from this page they are scammers.
WARNING: I want to alert users about my terrible experience with VitaDeal / VitaDeal Global. I placed order #10012295 on February 12th and, to this day, 21 days later, I still haven't received a valid tracking number.
Despite my card being charged on February 21st, the company has maintained an unacceptable silence. After 5 emails, I only received an evasive response from someone named Ahmad Sorour, promising tracking from Jordan that never arrived, hiding behind flimsy excuses about the time difference.
AVOID THIS WEBSITE. If you're looking for reliability and respect for the customer, find another option.
