My wife and I just closed on our first home, and we couldn't be happier with JVM Lending. As first-time buyers, we were looking for a team we could trust, and Hannah Papazian, Connie, and the rest of the crew were wonderful. They were incredibly friendly and kept us updated every step of the way.
The efficiency of this team is unmatched—we had a very quick closing and the entire process felt completely stress-free. Beyond the great service, we felt we got excellent value; their rates were competitive and they were very transparent about the numbers from the start, making sure we were comfortable with everything.

The entire team we worked with at JVM (especially Erin) was absolutely incredible! They closed us in less than two weeks after our previous lender stopped responding to direct questions about our loan progress. Everyone was so friendly, available, responsive, and knowledgable. They went above and beyond (Erin helped us write documents to provide the context the underwriter needed to approve our loan). Our JVM team put my husband and I completely at ease in a very stressful situation. We'll be forever thankful :)

We closed with jvm eariler this year. Jvm gave us the opportunity to refi for free 6 month later. Jvm kept their word and made sure this refi was in fact Free! At the end of the day, it was a win win; we save a hundred per month. The process of refi was extremely fast since we already worked with them during closing. Keep up the great work jvm team. Everyone on the JVM team is nothing short of excellent. This was my second time working with them to purchase a home. Six years ago, they helped me with my condo purchase. It is refreshing to see that nothing about their overall process or employees have changed. Response times are still amazing, customer service is second to none and they hustle to provide as quick of a close of escrow as humanly possible. Each person I spoke to, from beginning to end, answered every question I had and helped guide me through the very tedious and stressful process. I so appreciate Grant, Larisa and especially Heidi for their helpfulness, knowledge and assistance during my home buying process! I won't hesitate to use them again when I'm ready!

The team at JVM is extremely friendly, responsive, and supportive. We had the pleasure of working with Andrei, Mary, and Heidi, who were all fantastic! They made what could have been a very grueling experience so much easier and smoother for us. We could not have asked for more! Another huge plus was the JVM website/application portal, which is very seamless, and intuitive. There are obviously so many documents needed for the homebuying process, and the website makes it really easy to complete all of the necessary tasks. We closed on our home in about 3 weeks, and it would have been even quicker, had it not been for a delay on our end. We could not be more grateful for our experience with JVM and Andrei specifically, his dedication is unmatched. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Great experience. JVM works in a team format with support and follow up not slipping through the cracks. Further... they have certain team members operating as specialists... so, they have the ability to focus on each aspect of the transaction. Unlike a lot of lenders they did not ask me to provide information that was already provided... a clear sign of disorganization. JVM handled the process efficiently and professionally. Hannah Papazian and Mary Barker were excellent.
