They are scammers and theives
First of all, when you make a deposit for the first time on their website, you have 50/50 chance they won't credit it to your account.
If you are lucky enough, they will credit it and asks you for tons of documents So you can play on their great app. All of their promotions are fake because they won't let you use it and says the company has the right to cancel the offer, very funny.
At the end, if you are lucky enough and won anything on their app and asked for withdrawal, you won't receive anything and they will make a fake receipt to prove that your payment was successful.

I have made payout request at 8th september worth IDR 4.833.210 ( $291) via an airtm account. After countless everyday asking for support,

the answer is still same > We are sorry you are facing this issue. But don't worry, we're here to help. We have forwarded the issue to our specialists.

So okay, its all about specialist and specialist.

After 15 days, at 23th september they told me that "Unfortunately, my withdrawal request was unsuccessful, and the funds were automatically returned to your gaming account. We recommend that you try to make another withdrawal request"

Then when i made another withdraw request, they say that "that it can not be used because the deposit and withdrawal methods is not match"

After long confirmation here and there. They finally accepted my other request at 24th (this time worth IDR 5.257.000 or $317) and said that " If the funds are not credited within 24 hours, please get back in touch with us and we'll look into the issue"

From 24th september until now i keep asking them through emails and the answer is still the same. Their specialist are working on the issue!!

I made a deposit on 31 Oct using a Jeton cash voucher to the value of 5Euro, but was not credited to my profile, I contacted them immediately to inform them, contacted Jeton to verify the voucher was used, on the JV-Spin-bet platform and then provided me with the payment reference issued by JV-Spin-bet as confirmation of successful deposit made. Day after day I followed up, Specialist are working on it, they are investigating it.they are working tireslessly with the provider trying to resolve my issue. Today, 24 days later I am informed that "According to our specialists, the recipient details do not belong to our company. " and they closed my query...I lose my deposit. They are not helpful, not customer focused, do not resolve queries, untruthful, have no idea how to resolve queries, do not know how their own processes operate and they are by far the only company I know who takes 24 days to not resolve queries and take your money without you having access to it nor having the enjoyment of seing how they just take it from you and not giving you a pleasurable exprience.
I hate this platform...with a passion....
