Have been using JZM for several years and found them to be very efficient from every aspect from start to finish. Thanks to Michele and the team for a great service.

Honest assessment of service options and as far as I can tell well executed service work. make every attempt to keep the financial pain of 911 ownership bearable. Michele always very helpful . my grandson loved the showroom visit.

My previous experience of JZM was 20 years ago when they used to look after my 964. Life moves on and many cars later I find myself with another Porsche. Now I have a Macan S, although supplied and serviced originally by a main dealer I thought I would ask JZM if they would look after my Macan in the future. With a brake pad warning light showing I telephoned JZM. I spoke to Michele Gibbs the service manager who was ever so helpful. She explained that JZM would be delighted to look after my Macan. She provided me with a quote to replace the front pads and sensors but suggested it would be a good idea to bring the car in a day before so they could check all the brakes as the main dealer was reluctant to provide the information on what work had previously been carried out! This was done, just pads front and rear this time but probably discs as well next time. Michele also provided my with an estimate for the next service when it is due depending on mileage / age. This was extremely useful. The car was finished and ready for collection when suggested and the invoice was as quoted. What more can I say Thank you Michele and the team and don't forget JZM look after all Porsche cars not just 911's

I recently sold my GT3 through JZM, the entire process was efficient, friendly and professional. Aaron in sales was very helpful, the car was well prepared with excellent photos etc, and the transaction was fast and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JZM and would happily use them again myself.

Really helpful and Michele Gibbs in particular is very efficient. I've had 2 Porsches probably 8 or so years apart, both looked after by JZM and with my second it was if i hadn't been away. My Porsche journey has not always been smooth or inexpensive (its always been worth it though) but it would have been much worse without JZM- nice people and great service

Great to deal with an experienced well run organisation. The work carried out was to high standard at a reasonable price. I received excellent service from Michele who managed the complete experience from booking in, providing a courtesy car and carrying out the work out on time.

Michele Gibbs was very knowledgeable & kept me fully updated on the progress of my repairs over the past few days. I have used JZM to look after my 18-year-old 997, 911 for many years and ‘looking after’ is the only way to describe it. Unlike many Porsche dealers and garages, not all of course, JZM are not out to fleece you for as much profit as possible, and you are treated like a valued customer whether you are ‘loaded’ or not.
I’m not alone when I say that as they are always busy with servicing and repairing both older and newer models, as well as preparing cars for track days for those who enjoy this aspect of owning a Porsche. So you need to plan ahead as waiting lists can be long due to their popularity and superb workmanship. The technicians have all been there years and a very low staff turnover tells me it is a sucessful and thriving operation and business.
I discovered I had a water leak from the front pipes and needed to have it looked at, as I like to keep this older car in the best condition possible.
Greeted by Michelle Gibbs, the Service Manager, highly efficient, very professional and always on the ball, I sat and awaited the outcome as the car was taken off to have the usual comprehensive health check which takes an hour or so. This is not a JZM method of ramping up the price but it enables you to be informed about what needs doing there and then and jobs that will be needed to be done in the future.
Michelle then took me down to the workshop where she and the technician, car on the ramp, went through the current and likely future problems. Feedback from technicians to customers is encouraged here and I like that. A small leak due to corrosion in the front water pipes was the problem and not too expensive to have repaired. They then pointed out the bad corrosion on the rear coolant pipes, warning that this would need to be done within the next couple of years and which involved an engine out job. Michele remembered and reminded me that my rear gearbox oil seal had been weeping for several years and she suggested that this was a good time to do this while the engine was out and that this would save me a lot of money in the long run. I had pushed this fact to the back of my mind for three or four years, so it was very astute and an excellent shout as I did not want to get caught miles away from home with no water in the engine.
I went along with the water pipe repairs and the rear oil seal replacement and although it was not part of my plan to spend this extra cash, I realised that I should not own a car like this if I was not prepared to maintain it properly. The advice I was given by Michele and Mike the technician reinforced this fact and my thanks to them for reminding me of it.
Car fixed, now no more leaks and on the road again.

Another stellar year for Michele Gibbs and all her colleagues at JZM. My husband and I have been involved in the professional services industry for over 40 years have have seldom, if ever, comes across someone (and an organisation more generally) who is more efficient, effective and responsive in all that she and they do.

From booking the appointment with Michele and having the work done (new tyres and geometry check) was a very good experience all round. The technicians know how to look after you car and take the utmost care in every possible way.

Great service and Aaron Hodgkinson kept me informed. I have been taking my Cayenne to JZM for a few years now and they always provide a good service, I find them very professional and look forward to a continuing relationship with them.

Got great service from JZM when our car went for its MOT & some repairs. Chele kept us updated throughout the day and was very efficient and the work was done on time. Would definitely recommend JZM.
