Came on time and a free mask was added in.

Ordered 4 products and only recieved 4 with an expired facemask. Messaged several times and still no response.

The most fatest delivery service and really good prices. I love how they give small gifts with purchase

Not received my items, tracking number doesn’t work, sent numerous emails that promise a reply within 2 days but not had any replies. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They replied saying they can’t find any emails from me but I sent numerous so again just BS

Excellent product with very quick delivery.

First time purchasing from this seller via website.
I received my order today and some of the skin care products are beyond their expiry dates. So frankly, very disappointed. :(

Bought 2 Tony Moly sheet facemasks - these don't have an expiry date marked on them

Tony Moly- Easy Touch eyebrow pencil (already expired)

Banila co - clean it cleanser (not expired)

They sent another sheet face mask which was complimentary but that unfortunately is also beyond its expiry date.

I will steer away from this seller website from here on.

I love that I got my order right on time and well packaged with a little gift with it. I love the gift sent but unfortunately you do not have it in your website to order.

Terrible company, says delivered but the only thing that was delivered was pictures, not the actual products. Very disappointing.

Item did not arrive, I purchased 10 units for this product, ETUDE - Dear Darling Tint - 14 Colors × 10. And instead of them sending me the products, they just send me pictures of the products, and I am still waiting for them to respond to me email. Terrible service

Really like the cosrx acne treatment kit I feel like I’m starting to see a difference I am going through a purge but I’m glad as got a lot of under skin spots that just sat there now they are coming out and the sunscreen is so nice it doesn’t have a sunscreen smell and it doesn’t sting my eyes

Received my order but one box arrived damaged and another item was missing from my order. I have emailed them twice with photographic proof and have had zero response from their customer service.

If I don’t hear back within a week I will be reporting them to trading standards.
