Mounted using the supplied hooks, works in one position for dips and leg raises. But if moved into the other position to allow pullups the unit lifts up out of the hooks so not fit for purpose.

Reported this and after a short delay I was refunded.

While the product wasn't very good customer service is great!

Worst unboxing experience I have had in recent memory.

My pull up and dip bar arrived with all the screws and nuts loose in the box. I thought there was some error, but no over 100+ fasteners were all dumped into one flimsy plastic bag that was poorly packed, and torn by part of the equipment during transit I think.

Can't be much to ask for to at least seperate the different types of screws by bag and invest in a slightly thicker main bag to keep them all in.

The product is good however there were alot of things missing from the screws and bolts bag which I had to purchase from my local tool shop.

Assembly instructions sheet could be bigger, bigger diagrams.
Assembly order is confusing; instead, build the upper pulley wheels assembly first, then the lower wheel assembly.
You won't get the two near identical posts confused this way.
Then attach the upper and lower wheel assemblies to the main post.
Use the 200cm cable for the main weight stack-to- upper wheels section, and the shorter 160cm cable for the lower, which is the opposite to the instructions.
The lower cable could be longer (another 200cm?) otherwise seated rows means your feet are too close to the weight plates.
Could do with a damping spring for the weights to sit on otherwise at the bottom of the cycle the slide tends to bang on the frame which could damage the system.
A bench vice and some good pinch nose pliers are useful for building the cable ends with the horse shoe clamps, and only supplying 1 clamp for each cable end is insufficient; it leaves the sharp edges of the cable weave protruding; they're cheap though from any hardware store so a second clamp on the very end of the cable sorts this.
Also, get some moly grease or similar to lube up the centre post and a dot or two on the pulley wheels, your machine will love you for this 😁
Other than this, if you're handy with basic hand tools ( socket set, drill) it's great once installed.
Will be buying a 2nd one to have a crossover setup for pecs, side delts.
