You know exactly what job it was. You are a team of scammers and use intimidation to extort money from people.

Kayvan helped us with both issues in our Macerator toilet pump and replacing a pipe for the shower water pump. He arrived quickly in the same day, was super professional and understood all our complex systems in 2 minutes (which took other plumbers around an hour) and solved the issues for us! Thank you!

Keyvan serviced my old boiler last year and advised me that it would probably need to be replaced in the near future.
Less than a year later, I found the boiler leaking pretty badly when I went to the garage where it was situated.
Unfortunately, this was 2 days before I was due to go on holiday! I had house sitters arranged so really needed a functional boiler.
I called Keyvan and he came out that same evening to investigate. He gave me the option of changing the leaking part or replacing the boiler - both options were for next- day installation which I really appreciated, given I was going on holiday. I called him that evening and informed him we would go for the new Vailient boiler with a 10 year parts warranty.
Keyvan and his colleague, Mati arrived the following morning and worked for the day on the installation. Both of the guys were super-polite gentleman and did not bother us at all throughout the day. You couldn’t ask for a more friendly and efficient service.
Upon completion of the installation, Keyvan showed me the controls and gave me the necessary paperwork for the warranty including the service schedule.
I would definitely use K1 again and I still really appreciate the speed in which they came out to quote and actually do the job.
I would recommend K1 for sure.

Kayvan installed an outside hot tap for me today. He arrived on time and was creative about working in a tiny space. He did a great job. This is actually the third time i've called him out and once again i was fully satisfied.

Kayvan is brilliant - our boiler was leaking and he came and diagnosed the problem immediately. He then offered us various options to fix the problem and we opted for a new boiler. He organised everything and installed the boiler really quickly and efficiently. He was responsive and arrived on schedule. Not only that, but he came back to install our new oven and hob for free! Keyvan is brilliant. Very prompt and responsive, while also professional. Turns up and gets to work, no messing around but also willing to explain and offer what appears to be honest and fair advice / guidance.

I’m extremely impressed with the service provided by Mr. Khuram and Mr.Ilyas. My boiler and hot water system had stopped working, and they arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue straight away. Another heating solution came and took 3 and a half hour but didnt fixed the issue. What really amazed me was that they fixed everything within just 15 minutes- they started work @11:55-left @11:10
Both were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They explained the issue clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend their service to anyone who needs reliable and fast boiler or hot water repairs.

I used K1 twice and both experiences were excellent. In the first one, I needed an emergency repair of a combi boiler. Job was neatly done in 1 hour. In the second one, I needed a new smart thermostat installation for the same boiler. Again the work was very well done. In both instances, Kayvan was thorough in his explanation of details and showed to be extremely knowledgeable on plumbing matters, which makes us extra confident to use K1 again.
