I've been using k2 since i moved in '24.. unfortunately ive had issues with boiler pressure .. in an attempt to find out what was going on, Kieran and I agreed that there was probably a leak so he advised i get a leak detection firm in to find out where it was. Unfortunately it was under concrete so Kieran suggested redirecting the pipes as he was worried that even if he got through the concrete, he thought there was a risk the leak may reappear elsewhere; with his colleagues they found a way that caused minimal disruption, looked good and promises extra warmth!!!
They did such a good job and were so careful finishing up, it looked great and I was so happy with their work. They are always so conscientious and reliable that I feel happy and confident to let them work... thank you for helping out whenever I need - id never hesitate to recommend

Very good workman - competent and engaging. He tells you what needs doing and explains why and gets it done in a timely fashion and is clean and tidy. He has serviced our gas boiler for the last 5 years. Recommended.

Honest price for the job I needed. Some other gas engineers will try and charge you a lot more.

We used K2 (Keiron and Jerome) for the first time yesterday. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed our Valient boiler with a new motherboard and valve. Very happy to recommend them and will use them again.

I contacted K2 when we had a gas leak recently and Kiaran came out as an emergency. He fixed the problem immediately and came back the next day to make right the supply - seemed to really care that we were without hot water. Since then he's been back to service the boiler, flush the central heating and more. Always so happy with the work, and at a fair price for the skill. Would happily recommend.

Off to bed just before midnight on Saturday when we discovered a leak to one of the bedrooms. Cosmetic damage was well underway to the ceiling, once in the lift we could see a pipe was leaking pretty badly. I found K2 details, scanned reviews and made the call. Kieran was amazing. Arrived quickly, repaired the issue (a worn out washer) and charged less than first quoted. He even followed up with a call to check all was well. We thoroughly recommend this company and Kieran. Reliable, professional and great value when you fear the worst. Thank you so much

K2 reps attended my property today in record time to repair a burst pipe which started gushing water. I was panicking at the thought of potential major damage. They calmed me down, reassured me that I was in good hands and they would not leave until the problem was resolved. They worked efficiently and professionally and were polite and capable for the entire time. They made sure I was entirely happy before leaving and I am 100% satisfied

I would highly recommend k2 plumbing! Kerion is an exceptionally kind and knowledgeable workman. I needed a new boiler installed for my 93 year old aunt. Kerion came out and worked tirelessly to make the instation process as painless as possible, he communicated easily and patiently explaining what he was doing every step of the way. He was happy to answer any questions and explain the details of the installation. He engaged the help of Nathan to complete the job and flush all the aging radiators. Both men were professional, experienced and exceptional at their job. For any gas or plumbing work I will keep them on speed dial.

Needed our cooker fitted in an emergency k2 gas came out in 45min fitted our cooker and repaired a small leak under our sink.
