I‘ve been snowboarding for 25+ years. What an incredible brand with an outstanding customer service. Still getting spareparts shipped at no cost for a 10year old binding. K2 rocks hard

I wanted to order ski boots, and spoke with a customer service representative, who assured me that what I was buying would fit, as I previously rented a similar pair. They did not. On top of that, they would not pay for me to ship them back, which cost me $35, even though I called when I got them to let them know I had been misled.
