I have been trying to reach someone at this compay to get my e-ticket and have had zero luck. I have called and no one returns my calls. My flight leaves in 3 days and I have no ticket confirmations

Horrible don't purchase anything they are scamming people they give you a reservation but the flight company canceled due to possible fraud im reporting them at the consumers office im going to see if I can proceed legally or what can I do.

This is a scam company. I purchased tickets and then was never notified they were cancelled. I requested a refund and never received it. They claimed they had to refund in a point system through the Klarna app and that was a scam as well. Do not purchase tickets through this company.

Horrible service con me into doing a review as soon as I start dealing with them asking for it to be a 5 star review. Then continue to string me along for weeks until finally telling me a price 3 times the original to lock in my tickets. This is a complete scam please don’t waste your time like I did mine go to a more reputable seller these people are just trying to scam you not to mention you can’t understand a single person says on the phone

This is a SCAM company do not proceed with any bookings. They will take your money send you a invalid confirmation and when you try to contact them or speak to someone you cannot get thru Now I'm sitting here trying to get my funds back since I had to dispute the charge.

Tengo un vuelo para el día lunes 01 de diciembre y aún no recibo mi boleto, pese a que adquirí el 30 de octubre. He escrito varios mails sin respuesta. Llamo al número indicado y me dicen que solo me puede ayudar el agente que me atendió y el no contesta.

El 24 de setiembre hago una reservacion con K2tickes. Me dan un numero de reserva y un booking number. Cual es la sorpresa, no me hicieron la reservacion despues de que me habian hecho la rebaja del dinero y eso que se hizo con un agente de k2tickets. Muy mal servicio. No los recomiendo y espero que me devuelvan el dinero, sino seria una estafa.
