Excellent service delivery and a professional attitude. Highly recommend the company!

Terrible company! A scam. Do not use! They took our money and then cancelled the service. They did not bother to send any replacement either. Still waiting for a refund 3 weeks after they cancelled.

We've had the pleasure of working with K4 Security on several occasions, providing security services for both our large community festivals and smaller local events.

Their team has always been professional, reliable, friendly, and extremely helpful. They consistently deliver a high standard of service, ensuring our events run safely and smoothly while remaining approachable and supportive to both organisers and visitors.

Extremely disappointing experience.

I booked security cover for an event, and the officer failed to arrive. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication from the company. Instead of calling me when they became aware of the issue, they sent an email while my event was already underway. Naturally, I did not see the email because I was busy managing the event.

I also tried calling the security officer directly, but my call was ignored. Prior to this, I had received a message from him stating that he was stuck in traffic. Later, I was told the reason for the delay was actually a flat tyre, which left me questioning what had really happened.

I appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but when providing security for a live event, communication and reliability are essential. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated on this occasion. By the time I was informed of the situation, my event had already started and it was too late for the company to rectify the issue.

The company has apologised and agreed to process a refund, but that does not change the fact that the service I paid for was not delivered when it was needed most. Overall, a complete let-down and not an experience I would want to repeat.

We had a great experience with K4 security they were very attentive and got back to us very quickly with a great security guard for our event at short notice, will definitely be using them again.
