Kaaba connection is one of the best agency it's a trust worthy and cheap in price but never compromised on services i am really satisfied and happy. Thank you.

Assalam o Alaikom. Recently i travel with kaaba connection agency and now i am writing my experience with them. Although everyone got confused before booking first time same thing happened to me, but their team counselling is so admirable. And the second thing which attracted me the most was package price they offered budget friendly and no exrra things were included in package which can cause burden or time waste. I focused on my worship and prayers. It was a spiritually uplifted journey.

If I could put no star,I will.This company is not professional at all.They made a lot of mistakes,first,there were no transparency regarding their transactions.they have been charging my credit card 10 times for I do not know what .
second,they changed my hotel at the last minute,I kept looking for the new one in Mekkah,and then surprisely I found out that they paid only for 2 nights instead of 4, I gad to pay fir 2 more night out of my pocket,another surprise,is when I went for Madina,I found out that they booked for the hotel but did not pay for it ,the worse is when I finished my umarah,el hamdoullilah,i found out that the coming back flight was not from Jeddah as the transportation vancher says
but from Madina,I had to buy another ticket to come back home.which costs me a lot due the holidays .This is what I called unprofessionalism.Avoid the max this company there are much more trutful ones in the market,it happens to me that I dealt with the worse.

My experience was not satisfactory. The response time was slow and the service did not meet my expectations overall.
