The worst company in the history of mobile gaming. Outwardly cheats the customers, steals money, zero customer service.

Fix your game Kabam, seriously. They refuse to compensate lost elder marks due to game crashes, which happen frequently. If they aren’t going to prioritize fixing these bugs, the least they could do is refund lost resources. But no, we just have to deal with it. It’s clear that they have no compassion for their player base. Fixing it wouldn’t bring in more revenue, so they really don’t give a f.

Support refuses to restore Battleground points after a game crash, even though they have restored points for other players, including well-known streamers.
This is completely unfair and shows that regular players are treated worse.

I received only copy-paste answers and no real help.
If Kabam cannot take responsibility for their own game issues, then what is the point of Support?

KABAM is the most greedy and rigged gaming company ever there game has received nothing but support since the start and all they do is use it for a quick cash grab and they overpower the ai with insane buffs u can’t block or use ur special abilities sometimes depending on the story part sometimes u can’t even attack the game is rigged to make u have to spend money on revives

Kabam deleted 6,130 gems when I slept, giving utter dross in response as to why they went, none of which makes sense. People of the world, stop paying money, play something from a genuine company. Vote with your feet, they will fold. Quit getting sucked in, play for free games should not be killed by a glitch wiping out that much in game capital. The game in question has more glitches than any other I have ever played, and should be banned it is so shocking. Spend your money on beer and shoes for your lady, quit paying these buggers

Some companies strive to make a good game and improve user experience. Kabam strives to suck every last penny out of the people that try to enjoy their game and nothing more. Mcoc used to be pretty cool, but that was a long time ago. It also seems like they make sure customer service is actively horrible. If you have any problems, they refuse to help you if you don't know the exact day you started your account or made your first purchase, even if you have spent loads of money on the game. Worst gaming company in the world.

One of the least reputable gaming companies in history. They cheat their customers, and then lie when they get caught. Do not give them one cent of your money!

I have approached Kabam for support on a few occasions. Support has been utterly useless each time. The latest is that I cannot update the game, which is mandatory. As I cannot open the game I cannot garner the information Kabam insists is requisite for them to even consider assisting.

Developers don’t care about anyone, as I’ve contacted them 2 occasions, to fix a major issue that is not being corrected

Shop titans player here, been playing since 2022, 5k hours into the game, 2k euros spent, i was looking for a guild the other day, one was being promoted in the global chat, they were looking for a 1T investment player, and the guild was open, sounds like it was my new guild, i join, they kick me, i join again they kick me again, nobody said why in the guild chat, didnt understand what happened, last thing i know 15 minutes later my account my perma banned, i asked the cow-boy moderators on the discord server, they said joining a guild repeatedly is considered harassment... so rip my account level 83, 1T+ invest, 5k hours of play time and 2k euros wasted in this game
the support is terrible, the moderators are wannabee cow-boys who ban/kick for asking questions.

truly not the brightest minds in control of this game
not talking about the bugs at every new updates and the game being so badly optimized, actually, not optimized at all.

They are scam, their help is not to help you.
Tryed to transfer my android gooogle play acc that i use to play game more then 6 years, spent money in game and when i ask for help to transfere to iphon my new phone they ask questions like when did i created accont r first purchase in game…
I dont remember what i was eat yesterday but i need to remember correct date when did I create accont in game and first two purchases and amount that I spent.

Absolute scammers.

Kabam are the greediest most disgusting excuse for a “game developer” I’ve ever known.
Extremely over priced in app purchases. Extremely poor game design.
Pay wall style levels of difficulty forcing you into paying money for revives to complete their unenjoyable quests.
My account was banned as someone got access to it and that led to my account being permanently closed. I pleaded with customer services to revoke the ban but they wouldn’t.
DO NOT PLAY THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A MONEY GRAB GAME.

More than 2 years playing games from thi developer, in particular MCOC, I like everything.

They are very bad service

I've been playing Marvel Contest of Champions for about a year, and I really like it. Unfortunately, to be at the top, you have to spend money.

To be honest...its about maximizing profits $$$. Everything else is secondary.
The game is designed to make it painfully hard to progress, to the extent that the user feels exhausted and gives in to spend $$$ to progress faster.
It was less so in the beginning years, but the corporate greed set in at increasing rates.
It became unenjoyable at a point for many users.
Don't waste your time and $$$.
