I was honestly so worried at first when I saw the pictures, and I didn’t expect the dress to turn out this amazing! But when I received it, I absolutely loved it. The color was even more beautiful in person, and everything turned out better than I imagined. ❤️

A huge thank you to their amazing team! Whenever I wanted to change something or had any questions, they were always so supportive, helpful, and patient. They also gave me great suggestions whenever I was confused about what would look best. Their response time was amazing too—they replied so quickly every time I reached out.

Wonderful experience with Kairos

I had a wonderful experience with Kairos from start to finish. The communication was very good, and they were always helpful and cooperative with my requests.

When I received my suit, I was honestly amazed. It looked even more beautiful when I tried it on than it did in the pictures. The embroidery and overall design are absolutely stunning, and the suit looks elegant and beautiful when worn.

I customised a dress from Kairos by Garnet Lane and had a great experience. I did it while overseas and it all went smoothly. Even when there were a few hiccups in the end with some quality issues of the final product, they were very accommodating and took the dress back to fix as well as giving me a potli for the inconvenience. The dress was so beautiful it is probably the most beautiful thing I own. Received so many compliments when I wore it. Even with the slight hiccups I would definitely come back to this brand as I know quality and customer service are amazing. Anyone wondering if they should go with this brand SHOULD DEFINITELY!

I saw this company being worn by many people on tik tok and thought I’d give them a go. Before purchasing I had a few questions and the team were quick to reply on their WhatsApp number. I purchased exactly 6 weeks before Eid. Around the 4th week I messaged them as I hadn’t gotten any updates about my Eid dress and didn’t get a reply, which made me anxious and sent some follow up messages to which they replied to and the order was then swiftly shipped and arrived to me 8 days before Eid. The suit arrived and was so stunning and lovely quality and the craftsmanship was stunning.

Worst experience ever. Ordered for Eid from them a month ago they assured me it will arrive before eid but then they ghosted me. I have been messaging them everywhere and they left me on seen . Will never ever buy from

I ordered a dress I needed for a wedding and it came 2 months after I ordered it, a month after the wedding…needless to say I had to wear something else. I proceeded to message them on WhatsApp and was ghosted so started messaging them EVERYWHERE until I finally got a reply. They threw in a free bag which kinda made up for the horrible experience and the dress is beautiful, but I’ll never order from them again.
