Kaishi Lamps レビュー 

Never ever in my 45 years have I had to deal with such a rude reply after informing about customer aftercare policy at this company. My question (because of bad reviews I had seen on trustpilot) was responded with an instant vile and hostile tone…. In a manner you would expect a toddler to throw a tantrum after refusing to give them candy. Be very very careful to buy from them. It would be useful to give their employee (or maybe it was the owner…?) a couple of courses on “how to politely handle customers” would be in order. They are simply not qualified to respond with any grace or style. They even suggested I should buy at IKEA, as an insult 🤣 because I wanted to check if their customer service was in order…at least IKEA knows how to deal with questions or acquiries of their customers… take notes kaisha… you could have easily won a new customer with the right attitude, which is (still) not present at this time.

He comprado lámparas en varias ocasiones en esta tienda y mi experiencia ha sido muy buena, las lámparas me ha llegado en perfecto estado y con un envoltorio q nunca había visto tan profesional , si he tenido alguna duda en el montaje me han atendido rápido y con excelente profesionalidad , las lámparas son muy elegantes y están muy bien acabadas , sin duda volveré a comprar !!!!!! Lo recomiendo sin dudar!!!!

I actually liked the design their lamps, but I noticed that the color of the product that I received was slightly different from the fotos on their website. No problem I thought, I'll just return the lamp and buy another one in a different color. Well... Kaishi's Customer service responded very aggressively, saying that I was my fault and that they wouldn't accept a return! When I told them that under EU law they had to accept a return of the unused product within 14 days, the literally said
"Dear Customer,
We haven’t time to discurse about the returns conditions according to EU"

They also made the bogus claim that they wouldn't accept my return because I already opened the box.

Unbelievable! I do not recommend buying there as you will probably be unable to return it if you don't like the product. Very shady company.

Compre una lampara en esta tienda y me la vendieron con defecto de fabrica, al montarla queda torcida completamente, es horrible. He hablado con ellos via whatsapp varias veces y me dan largas diciendome que me llamaran ese mismo dia y nunca me llaman. No recomiendo a nadie comprar en esta tienda.

All fun and games until you've placed your order. Got a message saying the lamp wasn't in stock anymore and got the options to wait for new stock or a refund (May 11th). Chose a refund if they couldn't give me an indication of the delivery time. Then they suddenly had 5 items in another warehouse, but no action following that email.

After a couple of emails, I got a new indication: end of June. I asked for my money back, because I was a bit annoyed by now. From that point, I didn't get any response. A few weeks later, I got a response via the chat with the promise that someone would contact me. Nope, no contact whatsoever. Since then, the chat has been offline.

It's now mid-August and still no lamp, still no refund, still no contact. Kaishi, this is not the way to go. Even during these weird times of COVID-19...
