Did not get my mobile scooter what I paid for

I purchased a mobility scooter on Facebook on 28/2/2026 and they said thanks for your purchase your order is on the way still have not received it and I have sent a email back saying how long before my product comes to no reply as yet so this goes out to everyone that has purchased don’t because you won’t get any response from them not happy at all so today I’m going to my bank and see if I can get my money back because I had to give up work because my wife is in a wheelchair because of of stroke and I thought $129 for that a great deal for a mobility scooter and times are tuff right now and they don’t care as long they get your money they are happy

My order was fraudulently shipped; I did not receive the goods I purchased. I received a refund email promising a refund, but 30 days have passed and I still haven't received it. Please investigate this carefully. I sent you an email, but haven't received a reply.

We placed an order on the 25th Feb and it hasn't been delivered. I received one reply to a message and was told to wait 3 weeks which I have, I have sent two more messages but have not received a reply.

You are a con company. Taken my money but no goods delivered. No one responds as well

Our order has not arrived. Please advise a delivery date in english

Address not found" error comes. no reply, no email address for customer support

They r scammers. I paid for an e scooter and it's been 6 weeks now and dll they do is feed me bullshit information saying it's on its way and they won't even send me a receipt of my purchase . Im telling everyone to stay away from them cos they r a fraudulent site and no one trust them . All they reply with is ai replies and they don't say sorry or say where my order is . They will scam u they haven't replied for 3 weeks now and my scooter cost 700

This company advertised a scooter on Facebook,I clicked on,now realise it’s a lingerie shop,they are just ignoring my attempts to return the money they stole,Very dodgy

Culotte super agréable. Invisible sous les vêtements.

Très satisfaite. Articles de qualité, culottes dentelles très jolies et vraiment amaincissantes.

Désolée, mais je suis déçue. Bien qu’elles soient du même lot, elles ne sont pas identiques(hauteur et qualité d’exécution)et la culotte gainante en string n’est pas confortable.

Je connais les articles vendus par Kakoo, j'étais cliente, et les articles sont de bonne qualité. Malheureusement il y a eu un problème avec ma dernière commande que je n'ai jamais reçue et la réponse de leur service client est pour le moins insatisfaisante : pour résumer "débrouillez vous nous ne sommes pas responsables" et cette posture n'est vraiment pas professionnelle.

Je mets 1 étoile, car je ne peux pas en mettre zéro.
Commande reçue ce jour pour un mariage Samedi.
La qualité est déplorable, les finissions, n'en parlons pas.
Et le tissu est digne d'un vêtement du "marché".
50 euros pour ce type de tissus en 100% synthétique, et on voudrait me faire croire que c'est du Made in France, permettez moi d'en douter.

Qualité et taille non adaptée.
Par contre service client présent, répondant rapidement et proposant des solutions pour satisfaire le client
