I bought a secondhand hasselblad adapter from this company. It was £245.10 Plus £12.90 delivery.

On the day of delivery, I received a bill for from UPS for import fees of £67.44 on both the adapter and the postage. No explanation as to how this amount was calculated, but considering there was no refund available of the Finland VAT, any purchase from this company will inevitably incur an extra charge of over a quarter that you will only find out about when the item is to be delivered, not on their website.

UPDATE: Glad to see they have changed their website to reflect the real cost to the UK. You still have to pay Finnish and UK VAT but at least you know in advance how much you have to pay.

Fast delivery accurate description

What is to say? Nothing ! Selection, payment, transfer, reception. Everything was perfect, as is the camera I received! This is a great experience!

I was selling my Sony rx10 camera and got quote from mpb. Kamerastore quoted me over 4 times as much. They reduced it on receiving camera but all reasons quoted were valid and reasonable. Instructions for shipping were clear, communication was excellent and fast. Money quickly transferred into my account. I would highly recommend Kamerastore.

I ordered a Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-4.0 IS STM, but I received the lens with the starting aperture of 4.0. It was incorrectly listed on the website. They refunded 50% of my purchase within a day, excellent customer service. They also offered me a different one or to return it for a full refund, but this was the best solution. Really good customer service. The lens itself was also perfectly fine.

As a first time user of Kamerastore I was pleasently surprised with the service I received . I had been looking for a Fuji x pro2 for a long time and I found it on their website .
