Fantasie stupende: in particolare, quella del prodotto da me acquistato é stata disegnata da un artista sardo e riproduce la sagoma delle squame di balena. Abbiamo acquistato tre articoli nello store dell'aeroporto di Olbia anche grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilità della giovane commessa, che é riuscita inoltre ad accordarci uno sconto vista l'importante spesa sostenuta. Store molto curato e shopper deliziose! Superconsigliato!

Mi sono recata come ogni in Sardegna a Porto Rotondo dove ho potuto acquistare nello store Kampos. L’esperienza è stata eccellente, tutto estremamente curato nei minimi dettagli, a partire dall’allestimento dello store fino alla professionalità e gentilezza delle assistenti alla vendita.
I prodotti sono di altissima qualità, sostenibili e realizzati in Italia, motivi che mi hanno spinto ad acquistare più volte da loro.
Consiglio vivamente questo brand e l’esperienza in uno store Kampos.

J'ai récemment acheté une paire de maillots de bain chez Kampos et je suis absolument ravi de mon achat ! Les maillots de bain sont d'une qualité exceptionnelle et le design est tout simplement incroyable.

Ce qui m'a vraiment marqué, c'est leur service client en ligne. Chaque fois que j'avais une question ou une préoccupation, l'équipe du service client de Kampos était là pour m'aider de manière amicale et efficace. Leur réactivité et leur attention aux détails ont vraiment contribué à rendre mon expérience d'achat sans tracas.

Azienda in espansione, vende prodotti molto eleganti alla moda e con una vasta gamma di scelta per poter accontentare tutti i gusti.

J’ai découvert le branding Kampos cet été à Cannes et je ne peux que conseiller leurs produits ! L’accueil et le professionnalisme dans le magasin on été au top, à retourner sans hésitation.

Sono stato recentemente nel punto vendita di Alassio e l’esperienza è stata decisamente sopra le aspettative.
Accoglienza di altissimo livello, lo stesso della gamma di prodotti offerti.
Il locale è molto immersivo e ti catapulta in una dimensione di relax che cerchi sempre di raggiungere ma che quasi mai riesci a concretizzare.
Generalmente acquisto sempre online ma questa esperienza mi ha fatto cambiare idea.

Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Anche quest’estate in vacanza in Sardegna ho acquistato un costume uomo Kampos davvero molto bello sia per fantasia che per qualità. La loro fantasia più tradizionale è il Cactus, ma quest’anno ho optato per il Seahorse.
La commessa dello store (piccolo, ma curatissimo) mi ha evidenziato nuovamente che i prodotti sono tutti realizzati in Italia con plastica riciclata e reti da pesca abbandonate, tramite complessi processi di recupero. Un elemento in più che mi ha fatto procedere all’acquisto.
I prezzi (195€ costume uomo) dal mio punto di vista sono allineati alla qualità del prodotto (il mio precedente costume Cactus è ancora perfetto dopo mille bagni e lavaggi) ed al posizionamento luxury del brand.
Per me Kampos è ormai diventato ‘Il costume’.

Ho fatto un acquisto online su Kampos e il loro servizio clienti è stato eccezionale. La scelta di prodotti, assistenza tramite chat live e risoluzione di errori di fatturazione sono state gestite con grande attenzione. La spedizione è stata veloce e gli oggetti ben imballati. L'attenzione, la cortesia e la dedizione al cliente sono ammirevoli. Sarà la mia scelta preferita per futuri acquisti e li raccomanderò sicurament

I wanted to like this experience because the company is trying to be ethical and do the right thing. Unfortunately I had an absolute disaster of an experience that cost me over £1,000.

1) Firstly, the linen items I bought are just not great for the huge cost. They're very uneven, baggyish, and inconsistent in cut (I bought several of the same size). They're more expensive than Luca Faloni equivalent items but much lower quality. So I wanted to send nearly everything back. I'm used to dealing with companies that make returns very easy (which is why I bought more than I was likely to want to keep) but it wasn't the case here.

2) My first attempt to return the goods failed because of the courier company ParcelForce (not Kampos' fault). The second attempt, with Royal Mail, succeeded but Kampos were not in when the delivery occurred, and after waiting for a period Royal Mail returned the item to me. Kampos told me they received no notification from the postman and that I should have beck checking with Royal Mail and informing Kampos when the delivery had arrived. I feel that if Kampos expect customers to be proactive in the returns process they should let them know in advance, rather than unsympathetically telling them that it was their own fault.

3) Kampos didn't know how to claim for reduced customs duties – “preferential origin” – which companies in the EU are entitled to when selling goods in the UK. They eventually gave up and generously offered to pay the entire customs duty at the higher price. However when I returned the good I had to pay the customs duties back – £359. I feel I should have at least been charged the "preferential origin" tax rate. It's not my fault they didn't know how to fill in the customs duty forms correctly.

I feel bad criticising an ethical company but I want to prevent others going through the very expensive debacle that I went through.

I will say that they were very responsive to all the emails I sent, and did spend significant time trying to help, which is why I am giving them three stars and not one.

Ho visto i costumi Kampos in Sardegna lo scorso anno e ne ho comprato uno nel negozio di Porto Cervo. Poi, dopo aver visto un loro post su Instagram, ho deciso di ordinare dal sito ed è andata benissimo!
Un pullover in cachemire fantastico!! Arrivato nei tempi di consegna e perfettamente impacchettato.
Lo raccomando a tutti gli amanti della moda e dell’ambiente!

I placed my second order last week on kampos.com and I am very pleased about the whole experience.

I received my parcel within 3 days. I love the packaging and attention to details. The products are beautiful and the quality is high. I ordered one bikini and one of their plunge swimsuits. The shape is incredible and the size is just perfect.

I will definitively order from their website again.
