Great products at a great price very friendly employees

There was an issue with the product received as being slightly out of spec, but just enough to make it unusable for us. This was disappointing because the product was really beautiful. Kamparts handled the matter professionally, followed-up by quickly confirming the issue and refunded our money before even being asked to do so. We are looking forward to purchasing the new product from Kamparts as soon as it is available. We all learn more about suppliers when there is an issue than when there is not. I am a discerning customer at all levels, being an engineer and attorney and business owner myself. So when I say I recommend this supplier, and my name is visible on it, that's the best recommendation I can provide.

Sorry to say but when I received my hex bar I was disappointed! It was cheap. It wasn't the least expensive either. Sometimes it's hard to order online. But on a good note, it arrived real fast.

The material that was sent was great but the shipping was extremely slow and the customer service could use a little improvement

I couldn't find this particular product anywhere. Kampart had them. For a Canadian they were expensive especially the shipping. Not sure why they use US mail. However I received them within a couple weeks and am thankful they had them.
