Part arrived in excellent condition. I appreciated the cross match of model numbers on the part description. Was an exact replacement for the broken part, equipment was up and running in less than an hour.

Ordered a pair of dumb bell handles which when received are excellent and worth the money in today's inflated workout fitness market.

I would have given 5 stars if my order had started the way it finished.
My order was delayed probably because of Fedex. Not really sure.
My order was received and processed.
Email tracking updates said it had been shipped but it ended up in Georgia instead of California.
The good news is one call to customer service and I received the it the next day!

Only place I could find what I needed and they filled my order accurately and on time.

Fast Track replacement wheels working fine.
One word of caution: other on-line supplier apparently only provides the wheels. Kamparts provides the wheels, bolts and nuts. The bolts and nuts from my original fast Track do not fit these wheels. Though a little more expensive, it was important to get all components, as provided by Kamparts.

Good quality merchandise. I ordered a few different pieces, one item wasn’t available so a representative called me, just a few hours after I placed my order. She offered an acceptable replacement. Just good customer service. I plan on ordering more gear as soon as I figure out what I want.

I first emailed about replacement dumbbell saddle specifications. I received detailed schematics for all available saddles, thus allowing me to make a truly informed decision. Order was filled quickly and in great condition.

For the record, I originally purchased 40 saddles from Ivanko; the order was incorrect and needed to be returned. Ivanko's customer service was hands-down the worst I have ever experienced.
