Shocking customer services can’t even send orders out on time. Never again!

Sent out fast and good customer service but the two stars is for the ''fudge'' - It was absolutely rank. Full of emulsifiers, palm oil and loads of other crap. Absolutely nothing ''fudge'' about it. Like eating a slab of cake fondant. I tried a few cubes of each of the 3 flavours I bought and then threw it in the bin. So rank.

Straightforward and quick to order. Fast delivery. Order arrived in good condition.

I recieved no order confirmation despite requesting one and then when the order arrived a packet of sweets was opened and I was missing items. I have tried emailing and calling but no response!

Pleased with the products. Was able to get a lot in for an event I have coming up and the price was reasonable.
It would be helpful if you included the price with the tax so you don't get hit with a bigger bill at the end, the result of which simply meant I ended up buying less. Also there was only a premium delivery option, as someone who plans well in advance, I was happy for my items to arrive later if it would have decreased the delivery costs which was another price hike towards the end of the purchasing process.

Nightmare to get a hold of no confirmation of a huge order over £1300 then we got an extra pallet of things that we have no room for in our shop that took hours to figure out what boxes were ours then when we told them they have not a clue and are wanting an itemised list there is about 50 boxes with 4-6 bags off sweets in each it would take us hours and we have kids at home stupidly thought it would be the case if placing and order reviving it packing it away in our shop then that’s that

Placed an order for a qty of 23, however only 16 were delivered. Reported a query with the order and have not heard anything in the last 10 days.
Premium delivery took 4 days.

Didn’t receive an invoice or delivery note and when I tried to chase it up none of the ways of communicating from their website were valid I had to search the internet for contact details

U was really scared about ordering online as ive been scammed before but kandycrave is the best shop ive come across quick on delivery's always have stock and the items are so fresh, this is now my go to and I wnt go anywhere else. Thank you kandycrave
