I have used Kango twice, the first time, there were issues with the SIM (not Kango’s fault). The reason for the 5* rating is their customer service was impeccable. They helped fix the issue in no time and were consistent in their communication and didn’t stop help until the problem was fixed. I have used them for another trip to the US where the product was faultless. I would rather Kango over larger E-Sim companies.

Customer service is outstanding as usual.
Won't use the the esim until September, but have no doubts it will work fine.
Second time of using and will use again.

Worked as hoped for my USA trip. Never any issues with signal.

I purchased two of these US Sims prior to our trip to America. One worked instantly after following the simple instructions. The second one did not work. I quickly replied back to the automatic email that they had sent and they got straight to helping me out. They sent me a new one that didn't work. Maybe it was my wife's iPhone. I don't know. But every time I sent an email back I had a reply within 2 minutes. Now it's a few hours later and it's all fixed. I think a lot of these SIM type companies run into problems with their providers. However, I can say that this company definitely has an active customer service. I will definitely use them next time besides having a very good price. I highly recommend. Just know that all of these services run into problems with their providers so I wouldn't mark them down if you have an issue. It's how they fix it and how quickly they fix it is is why I think they deserve five stars.

All good clear instructions and did what it said on the tin.
Only improvement would be to be able
To pre set a start and end date so your not walking through arrivals trying to scan QR codes to activate etc.

It was a smooth process and easy to set up. It was great value for money as the connection was amazing throughout my entire trip (i was mainly around chicago). Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, a negative experience – setup was super quick – customer support also responds extremely quickly – however, it turns out that the hotspot isn't unlimited as stated on the website, but only at 3G speeds, which was the main reason for my purchase. Support even admitted that they didn't know this themselves – but unfortunately, they weren't willing to help me despite their own mistake. They also stopped responding to my emails.

I ordered a 21-day USA SIM card. Right after placing the order, I immediately received the activation instructions, and registering the eSIM from eSIM Party was very simple. It worked perfectly from the moment we arrived until the end, using the T-Mobile network. Unlimited 5G internet and a strong signal the whole time. It was absolutely worth it.

Very poor experience when a problem occurred. Ordered 5 sims, only 3 worked (apparently a known issue). I get it problems happen. First replacement sent straight away, great experience. When second sim didn’t work, refused to send another saying I had already had a replacement. Very frustrating experience as couldn’t get an answer as to why they would only send one. The 4 sims we had worked great.

I bought this eSIM for a trip to Las Vegas it turned out to be an excellent experience.What a difference not having to run around looking for WiFi , I’ll certainly be using it again.

eSIM for USA was brilliant from start to finish ,kango sent the code the day before travelling setup easily done 4 and 5 coverage all through the 15 days of my holiday highly recommend.

Terrible experience, Ordered my USA Sim well in advance. Only to find an activation day at the provider had a technical issue which didn’t allow connection. I appreciate these these type things cannot be controlled, but there was no support given. I had to find out the issue myself, I’ve asked for a refund and waited a week with no response. I went with another Company and it was the seamless process won’t be using this service again I’m afraid

Great experience using the e-sim and saved me a fortune on roaming fees. Could have done with some support setting up the e-sim as the instructions were minimal but no issues from then onwards. Customer service was top during my many queries.

Travelling to USA. I didn’t want to be without my mobile for call/texts/videocalls/satnav and emails. This company are flawless to deal with. Email received with a code. Esim set up which was easy done and constant great signal. Never failed once and was a lot cheaper than any other options. Highly recommend and if ever I need an e-sim again I would use this company for sure!

Worked fine, Some times it was bad internet, also with 5G. but overall it worked good.

Purchased the USA eSIM two weeks before travel and had used it without any problems during my stay in the USA. Customer service responses before my purchase and after my purchase was great. Instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow! Key thing to note for eSIM activation was to have proper wifi network! Absolutely no complaints from my side!
