Above board

The customer service person I spoke to was very kind and helpful. The entire process was very smooth and efficient, you can tell just how above board everything is. No complaints, really.

Exceptional Service Like Never Before

I’ve been selling pounds on other platforms before but never had such wonderful and exceptional customer service/experience as I had with Chioma from Kaoshi today. Now I know what I’ve been missing all this while and I thank God for seeing the light.

Transaction was seamless. Chioma guided me through every step of the way, from transfer to account, to engaging IT to confirm funds have been deposited up until I received funds, all within a 30 minutes timeframe. I was really impressed, most especially with the service received. The platform is quite good as well.

Thumbs up to Kaoshi and to Chioma, who should be made face of Kaoshi (as we need to see her face now #winks) and given an A* appraisal rating, accompanied with a salary increase or bonus 😊

Kaoshi is amazing! Amazing offering for cross border value supply. Quick, best rates, and excellent customer support. I hope as they scale, they maintain the core of their north star
